کارشناس منابع انسانی | Human Resources Specialist

هلدینگ اسپندار در حال حاضر در جستجوی یک کارشناس منابع انسانی برای دفتر مرکزی خود در تهران ـ خیابان فرمانیه غربی است.

برخی از وظایف شغلی:

• کنترل پروژه‌های توسعه منابع انسانی در شرکت‌های گروه و نظارت بر اجرای صحیح استراتژی.
• همکاری در بهینه سازی دستورالعمل‌ها و فرایندهای منابع انسانی.
• انجام مصاحبه‌های استخدامی و خروجی منابع انسانی در سطوح کارشناسی.
• نظارت بر امور مربوط به بیمه تکمیلی درمان و مسئولیت مدنی.
• نظارت بر اجرای فرایند آموزش در گروه؛ برنامه‌ریزی دوره‌های آموزشی در هلدینگ.
• همکاری در اجرای گروه‌های مطالعه رفتار سازمانی در کارخانه‌های مجموعه اسپندار.
• انجام امور اداری واحد منابع انسانی حسب نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت منابع انسانی، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مسلط به دانش مدیریت منابع انسانی و رفتار سازمانی.
• خلاق، تعامل‌جو، تصمیم‌ساز و دارای رفتار حرفه‌ای.
• علاقه‌مندی عمیق به یادگیری در حوزه‌های منابع انسانی و سیستم‌ها.
• توانایی مطالعه و ترجمه متون تخصصی منابع انسانی؛ مهارت در نوشتن و ویرایش.
• قدرت تجزیه‌وتحلیل؛ ترجیحاً آشنا با مهارت روش تحقیق (طراحی پرسشنامه، اجرای پژوهش، و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری).

Some job duties:

Control of Human Resource Development Projects in Group Companies and Monitoring Correct Implementation of Strategy.
Cooperation in Optimizing Human Resources Guidelines and Processes.
conduct employment and human resource output interviews at expert levels.
Supervision of supplementary treatment insurance. And civil liability.
Supervising the implementation of the training process in the group; Planning for training courses in holding.
Partnership in the implementation of organizational behavior study groups in Spandar Collection factories. BR> at least two years of work experience in the relevant field.
A degree in human resource management, industrial engineering or other related disciplines.
fluent in the knowledge of human resource management and organizational behavior.
Creative, atmospheric interaction, decision maker and professional behavior. BR> deep interest in learning in human resources and systems.
The ability to study and translate specialized human resources texts; The skill in writing and editing.
The power of analysis; Preferably familiar with the research method (questionnaire design, research implementation, and statistical analysis).
