شرح مسئولیت‌ها، وظایف و اختیارات:
- ارزیابی و پایش مستمر محصولات فعلی از جمله وبسایت، اپ اندروید و IOS و غیره به منظور مشخص کردن مشکلات احتمالی و تلاش برای رفع آن‌ها.
- کنترل و پایش پروژه و پیگیری مستمر به منظور هر چه بهتر عملی شدن اهداف، نیازمندی‌ها و ارائه طرح‌های بهبود مستمر.
- مشخص کردن نقشه راه و فازبندی پروژه.
- ارائه تحلیل کسب‌وکار، امکان‌سنجی، ارائه برنامه زمان‌بندی مشخص و تدوین اهداف.
دانش، مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌های تخصصی:
- توانایی تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های کسب‌وکار.
- توانایی ایجاد چشم‌انداز و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک.
- مهارت‌های قوی در مدیریت پروژه و هدایت تیم‌های چندوظیفه‌ای.
- دانش فنی کافی برای درک فرایندهای توسعه نرم‌افزار.
- مسلط به روش‌ها، استانداردها و فریم‌ورک‌های توسعه محصول برای پیشبرد توسعه محصول.
- مسلط به ابزارهای تحلیل رفتار کاربر.
- توانایی هدایت، مدیریت و همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف.
دانش، مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌های عمومی:
- روحیه کارتیمی و علاقه‌مند به کار در محیطی پویا.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی کار گروهی.
- تفکر منطقی همراه با توانایی حل مسئله خلاقانه.
- دقیق، منظم، پویا، مسئولیت‌پذیر و پیگیر تا زمان حصول نتیجه.
- توانایی مواجهه با چالش‌های جدید.
- حداقل پنج سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه مدیریت محصول.
- مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مرتبط با مهندسی، مدیریت یا فناوری اطلاعات.

Description of responsibilities, duties and powers:
Continuous evaluation and monitoring of current products, including the website, Android and IOS apps, etc., in order to identify possible problems and try to fix them.
Control and monitoring of the project and continuous follow-up in order to better implement the goals, requirements and provide continuous improvement plans.
Determining the roadmap and phasing of the project.
Providing business analysis, feasibility study, providing specific schedule and formulating goals
Specialized knowledge, skills and competencies:
Ability to analyze the market and identify business opportunities.
Ability to create vision and strategic planning.
Strong skills in project management and leading multi-tasking teams.
Adequate technical knowledge to understand software development processes.
Proficient in product development methods, standards and frameworks to advance product development.
Proficient in user behavior analysis tools.
Ability to lead, manage and collaborate with different teams.
General knowledge, skills and competencies:
Possesses a spirit of teamwork and is interested in working in a dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills and teamwork ability
Logical thinking with creative problem solving ability.
Accurate, regular, dynamic, responsible and persistent until the result is achieved.

Committed and responsible person
At least five years of relevant work experience in product management.
Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management or information technology related fields.
