وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های موثر کنترل موجودی برای بهینه‌سازی سطوح موجودی.
• به حداقل رساندن هزینه‌های نگهداری و کاهش کمبود یا مازاد موجودی کالا.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل منظم موجودی برای شناسایی اقلام راکد یا منسوخ شده و اقدام مناسب در راستای آن.
• هماهنگ‌سازی فعالیت‌های حمل‌ونقل و لجستیک، از جمله تنظیم محموله‌ها، مدیریت هزینه‌های حمل‌ونقل و پیگیری برنامه‌های تحویل.
• همکاری با تیم‌های بین بخشی برای توسعه پیش‌بینی‌های دقیق تقاضا بر اساس داده‌های تاریخی، روندهای بازار و تبلیغات یا رویدادهای آینده.
• اجرای برنامه­‌ریزی سفارشات به صورت روزانه.
• دریافت اطلاعات مرتبط با سفارش‌­گذاری محصولات نظیر زمان تحویل، تأخیر در تحویل، محدودیت‌­ها و غیره.
• هماهنگی جهت ارسال مواد و ملزومات تولید.
• پیگیری برنامه تولید بر اساس برنامه اعلام شده.
• پیگیری جهت پرداخت کارمزد تولید قرار دادی.
• ارتباط و تعامل با بخش انبار شرکت‌های طرف قرارداد برای تولید محصولات (دریافت و ارسال اقلام تولیدی و کنترل موجودی).

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین، لجستیک، مدیریت بازرگانی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• درک قوی از تدارکات، مدیریت موجودی، لجستیک و پیش‌بینی تقاضا.
• مسلط به راهکاران سیستم.
• مهارت‌های عالی در تجزیه‌وتحلیل و حل مسئله، به همراه توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، نتیجه‌گیری و تصمیم‌گیری آگاهانه.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و بین فردی، با توانایی همکاری موثر با ذی‌نفعان داخلی و خارجی.
• دانش در مورد مقررات تجارت بین‌الملل، رویه‌های حمل‌ونقل و ترخیص کالا امتیاز محسوب می‌شود. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective inventory control strategies to optimize inventory levels,
- Minimizing maintenance costs and reducing inventory shortages or surpluses
- Conducting regular inventory analysis To identify stagnant or obsolete items and take appropriate action accordingly
- Coordinating shipping and logistics activities, including arranging shipments, managing shipping costs and tracking delivery schedules
- Collaborating with Cross-departmental teams to develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends and promotions or future events
- Execution of order planning on a daily basis
- Receive information related to ordering products such as delivery time, delays In delivery, restrictions, etc.
- Coordinating to send materials and production requirements
- Follow up on the production schedule based on the announced schedule
- Follow up to pay the contracted production fee
- Communication and interaction with The warehouse department of the contracting party companies for the production of products (receiving and sending production items and inventory control)

Eligibility requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industries, supply chain management, logistics, business management or Related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, logistics and demand forecasting
- Mastery of system solutions
- Excellent analytical and solution skills problem, along with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and make informed decisions
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Having knowledge of international trade regulations, Shipping and clearance procedures are considered a privilege
