مدیر حوزه پزشکی اجرای جزئیات فعالیت های مربوط به نستله را تضمین می کند. محصولات تغذیه نوزادان به متخصصین پزشکی منطقه خود به مؤثرترین و کارآمدترین شکل ممکن با رعایت کامل دستورالعمل های who code/nestlé، کد ملی و همچنین قوانین و مقررات ملی محلی در این زمینه، از طریق تیم خود نمایندگان پزشکی

یک روز در زندگی …
• تدوین یک برنامه عملیاتی (بررسی فصلی) با تعیین اهداف جزئی برای منطقه خود و اولویت بندی منابع برای استفاده برای دستیابی به این اهداف، در راستای حوزه کاری خود مدیر عملیات.

• به طور مستمر فعالیت های قلمرو را از طریق crm و سایر منابع داده در مورد جمعیت شناسی hcps برای شناسایی فرصت ها و پیشنهاد استراتژی های سالانه و اندازه نیروی میدانی نظارت و بررسی می کند.

• هزینه های قابل پیش بینی به ویژه هزینه های مربوط به کارکردهای خاص (جلسه علمی و غیره) را بودجه می دهد و از درخواست مناسب و به روز رسانی سوابق، تخصیص و توزیع همه مواد برای تیم خود اطمینان می دهد.

• کنترل و مدیریت هزینه های بودجه عملیاتی، و ارائه گزارش چرخه به موقع و صورت های هزینه (ماهانه)

• بررسی طبقه بندی متخصصان مراقبت های بهداشتی توسط نمایندگان پزشکی بر اساس نوع، و توزیع عادلانه پوشش، و سازگاری کلی همه پایگاه های داده را تضمین می کند.
• در ارتباط با مدیر عملیات میدانی منطقه‌ای (rfom) از حداکثر کارایی و اثربخشی تیم نمایندگان پزشکی، از جمله منابع انتقال، مشارکت فعال در فرآیندهای استخدام اطمینان حاصل می‌کند.

• هماهنگی با rfom برای همسویی با استراتژی‌های فو برنامه ریزی و توسعه فردی برای اعضای تیم و اجرای طرح.


• ایجاد انگیزه، مربی، راهنمایی و ارزیابی عملکرد md با اعتبارسنجی اثربخشی برنامه ها بر جزئیات مهارت ها، دانش محصول و مهارت های ارائه به طوری که تشخیص عملکرد مثبت و بازخورد در زمینه هایی که نیاز به بهبود دارند.

• سازماندهی و برگزاری جلسات چرخه، آموزش به نمایندگان پزشکی در مورد استفاده از ادبیات جدید / مواد تبلیغاتی، و همچنین به روز رسانی تیم در مورد پیشرفت های جدید در تغذیه، محصولات و مقرراتی که توسط مدیریت تغذیه به او ابلاغ شده است. اطمینان حاصل می کند که نقاط اقدام ناشی از این جلسات پیگیری و اجرا می شود
• بینش هایی در مورد در دسترس بودن محصول و بازخورد داروخانه ها به دست آورده و اقدامات مناسب مربوط به ارتباطات و فعالیت های hcp را انجام می دهد.

• نظارت و گزارش فعالیت های رقبا و قلمرو او و ارائه برنامه های اقدام متناسب با آن.

• شخصاً از کول ها و مهمترین ذینفعان در محدوده جغرافیایی تعیین شده بازدید می کند
• سخنرانی های علمی در مورد موضوعات مرتبط با تغذیه را با گروه های پزشکی/پیراپزشکی سازماندهی و هماهنگ می کند.

• از تبعیت و انطباق دقیق خود و همچنین نمایندگان پزشکی و فعالیت های آنها از قوانین بین المللی بازاریابی جایگزین های شیر مادر اطمینان حاصل کرده و دستورالعمل ها و کدهای کشور محلی را به طور دقیق دنبال کنید. راهنما.

POSITION SUMMARY

The medical field manager ensures the implementation of detailing activities relating to Nestlé's Infant Nutrition products to the medical professionals in his/her area most effectively and efficiently possible in full compliance with the WHO Code/ Nestlé instructions, the National Code as well as local national laws and rulings in this regard, through his team of Medical Delegates

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Develop an action plan (quarterly reviewed) establishing detailing objectives for his/her area and prioritizing resources to be used to achieve these objectives, in line with his field operations manager.
• Continuously monitors and reviews territory activities through CRM in addition to other data sources on HCPs demographics to identify opportunities and propose yearly strategies and field force size.
• Budget foreseeable expenses especially those involving special functions (scientific meetings, etc.), and ensure proper requisition and record updates, allocation, and distribution of all materials for his/her team.
• Control and manage expenditure of the operational budget, and submit on-time cycle reports and expense statements (monthly basis)
• Review classification of healthcare professionals by medical delegates according to type, and fair distribution of coverage, and ensure overall consistency of all databases.
• In liaison with the Regional Field Operations Manager (RFOM) ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness of the team of medical delegates, including transfer sourcing, and actively participating in recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with RFOM to align on FO's strategic plans and for individual development for team members and execute the plan.
• Motivate, coach, guide, and evaluate MD’s performance by validating the effectiveness of programs on detailing skills, product knowledge, and presentation skills to recognize positive performance and feedback on areas requiring improvements.
• Organize and conduct cycle meetings, instructing the medical delegates on the use of new literature/promotion materials, as well as updating the team on new developments in nutrition, products, and regulations communicated to him by the Nutrition Management. Ensures that action points arising from these meetings are followed up and implemented
• Gain insights into product availability and pharmacy feedback and take appropriate actions related to HCP communications and activities.
• Monitor and report competitors’ activities and his/her territory and propose action plans accordingly.
• Personally visit KOLs and most important stakeholders in his assigned geographical scope
• Organize and coordinate scientific lectures on Nutrition-related topics with medical/paramedical groups.
• Ensure own strict adherence and compliance, as well as that of his/her Medical Delegates and their activities, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes and follow strict guidelines.
• Ensure that the Medical Field team complies with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that they will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

What will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, Nutrition, or Biology.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a senior medical delegate in Nestle and/or previous experience in managing people.
