Job Title: Junior/Mid-Level Product Designer

We’re seeking a talented and passionate Junior/Mid-Level Product Designer to help us create user-centered designs that drive our products forward.

Position Overview: As a Junior/Mid-Level Product Designer, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our logistics platform. You will contribute to the design process from ideation through to implementation, ensuring our products meet the needs of our users while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:  
 • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs in the logistics space.
 • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and Android.
 • Contribute to our design system that strengthens our brand and creates a unified experience across other products as well.
 • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate based on feedback.
 • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design documentation to communicate insights and solutions effectively.
 • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously inform and enhance design processes.
 • Participate in the design review meetings and build a good relationship with other designers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:  
 • 1-3 years of experience in product design.
 • Proficient in Figma.
 • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
 • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with team members.
 • A portfolio showcasing your design process and demonstrating your problem-solving skills and creativity.
 • 
Bonus Points:
 • Experience working in the logistics or transportation sector.
