Who We Are Looking For
We're seeking an experienced Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, scalable software. If you have a solid grasp of backend architecture, database optimization, and writing clean, maintainable code, we'd love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Ruby on Rails.
- Design and optimize database models and queries for PostgreSQL.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-rounded solutions.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to system architecture.
- Ensure application reliability through automated testing, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, ActiveRecord, and query optimization.
- Proficiency with RSpec, Git, and modern CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud deployment (AWS).
- Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Bonus: Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js), infrastructure as code, or scaling high-traffic applications.
