- Manage and optimize the Sales operations to meet or exceed company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze metrics such as delivery time, order accuracy, vendor aquisition and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments such as sales & commercial and operatio and customer service to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance vendor experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food delivery, Q-commerce, or E-commerce industry.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain and sales management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Familiarity with relevant software and tools for operations management (e.g., ERP systems, route optimization software).
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to food delivery operations.
