ما به دنبال یک سرپرست صادرات باتجربه و نتیجه‌محور هستیم؛ کسی که هم به پیچ‌وخم اسناد، قراردادها و قوانین بین‌المللی مسلط باشه و هم بتونه با نگاه تحلیلی و خلاق، سهم بازار ما رو در کشورهای هدف گسترش بده.

*مسئولیت‌ها
• تهیه اسناد صادراتی، حمل‌ونقل و قراردادهای فروش.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های صادراتی برای ورود به بازارهای جدید و افزایش سهم بازار.
• مذاکره با مشتریان خارجی و اطمینان از اجرای سفارشات مطابق توافقات.
• تحقیق و تحلیل بازارهای صادراتی، شناسایی فرصت‌ها و ریسک‌ها.
• اطمینان از رعایت الزامات گمرکی، استانداردهای بهداشتی و قوانین کشورهای مقصد.
• نظارت بر بسته‌بندی و برچسب‌گذاری محصولات مطابق با مقررات بین‌المللی.
• تحلیل داده‌های بازار و ارائه بینش‌های استراتژیک برای تصمیم‌گیری بهتر.
• مدیریت حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و موجودی برای تضمین تحویل به‌موقع.
• رصد روندهای صادراتی و پایش عوامل کلیدی موفقیت.

*شرایط احزار :
تحصیلات: کارشناسی و یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های بازرگانی بین‌الملل، مدیریت بازرگانی یا علوم غذایی، و مرتبط
تجربه کاری: حداقل 7 سال سابقه در سرپرستی یا کارشناسی صادرات (ترجیحاً در صنایع FMCG یا مشابه)

*دانش تخصصی:
• تسلط کامل بر چرخه صادرات و ثبت سفارشات خارجی
• آشنایی با شرایط پرداخت بین‌المللی و روش‌های حمل‌ونقل
• شناخت بازارهای هدف و الزامات قانونی آن‌ها

*مهارت‌ها:
• توانایی مذاکره مؤثر و بستن قراردادهای بین‌المللی
• قدرت تحلیل داده‌های بازار و شناسایی روندها
• مهارت در مدیریت زمان، جزئی‌نگری و پیگیری دقیق سفارشات
زبان انگلیسی: پیشرفته
ویژگی‌های فردی: پرانرژی، دقیق، نتیجه‌گرا و علاقه‌مند به توسعه بازارهای جهانی.
سن: بین 35 تا 50 سال

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Supervisor—a professional who not only masters the intricacies of documentation, contracts, and international regulations, but also applies analytical and creative thinking to expand our market share in target countries.

*Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare export documentation, transportation arrangements, and sales contracts.
• Design and implement export programs to enter new markets and increase market share.
• Negotiate with international clients and ensure order fulfillment in line with agreements.
• Research and analyze export markets to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with customs requirements, health standards, and destination country regulations.
• Oversee product packaging and labeling in accordance with international standards.
• Analyze market data and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making.
• Manage international logistics and inventory to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Monitor export trends and track key success factors.

*Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, Food Science, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in export supervision or export operations (preferably in FMCG or related industries).

*Specialized Knowledge:
• Full mastery of the export cycle and foreign order registration.
• Familiarity with international payment terms and transportation methods.
• Strong knowledge of target markets and their legal requirements.

*Skills:
• Effective negotiation and international contract management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and identify trends.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and follow-up capabilities.
Language: Advanced English proficiency.
Personal Attributes: Energetic, detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about expanding global markets.
Age Requirement: 35–50 years old.
