ما در آونگ به دنبال یک کارشناس ارشد فروش هستیم که ضمن تسلط به مفاهیم فروش و فنون مذاکره دارای دانش فنی و تخصصی در زمینه محصولات شبکه و دوربین مداربسته باشد و توانایی شناسابی و بررسی بازار هدف این محصولات داشته باشد و بتواند با ایجاد ارتباطات موثر در شکل‌گیری و توسعه شبکه فروش این محصولات در تدوین برنامه فروش و رسیدن به نتایج با سرپرست فروش همکاری داشته باشد.

وظایف کلیدی:

• تحلیل بازار: بررسی و تحلیل بازار دوربین‌های مداربسته و شناسایی نیازهای مشتریان.
• فروش و توسعه مشتری: جذب مشتریان جدید و حفظ ارتباط با مشتریان فعلی، ارائه مشاوره تخصصی در مورد محصولات.
• آموزش و پشتیبانی: ارائه آموزش‌های لازم به مشتریان در خصوص محصولات و خدمات، و پشتیبانی فنی از آن‌ها.
• تدوین استراتژی فروش: کمک به برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین استراتژی‌ جهت افزایش سهم بازار و گسترش شبکه فروش.
• گزارش‌دهی: تهیه گزارش‌های لازم از فروش و تحلیل داده‌ها جهت بهبود عملکرد.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مرتبط (مدیریت بازرگانی یا رشته‌های مهندسی).
• حداقل سه تا پنج سال سابقه کار در زمینه فروش محصولات فناوری یا الکترونیکی به ویژه دوربین‌های مداربسته.
• دانش فنی: آشنایی با تکنولوژی‌های دوربین‌های مداربسته و سیستم‌های نظارت تصویری.
• دانش کامپیوتر: تسلط به مهارت‌های هفت‌گانه ICDL.
• تحلیل بازار: توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها و شناسایی روندهای بازار.
• مدیریت زمان: توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی کارها.
• مهارت ارتباطی: توانایی برقراری اراتباطات درون و برون سازمانی به جهت پیشبرد اهداف و برنامه‌های واحد.
• مهارت مذاکره: آشنایی با تکنیک‌های مذاکره جهت ایجاد توافقات سودآور در راستای برنامه فروش.
