Master of Industrial Sales
Direct reporting to: CEO / Sales Manager
Workplace: Rafd Sanat Corporation - Tehran
Basic responsibilities and duties:
Direct and professional relationship with customers (agent, partner, consumer)
Negotiation, pre -invoice issuance, order registration and follow -up purchase steps up to delivery
Review and analyze market, competitors, prices and offers sales offers
Managing and developing customer files, documenting calls and correspondence
Attending industrial exhibitions and events as a sales representative
Providing regular sales reports (weekly, monthly, seasonal) to management
Collaborate in designing discount plans, installment sale or attraction
Coordinate with the production, warehouse and accounting unit for timely delivery of orders
Track customer satisfaction and receiving feedback to continuous improvement of sales services
Features and skills required:
The ability to communicate strong and professional negotiation
Familiar with B2B sales principles
Familiarity with industrial parts
Software Mastery, Excel Word)
Introduction to CRM is a score
Power of tracking, time management and prioritization of tasks
Teamwork
Possibility of preparing sales and analysis of data
Related work experience at least 5 years in selling the electricity and mechanics industry
