We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to take ownership of our human resources functions and elevate them to new heights. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a broad spectrum of HR activities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and carrier path design.
Requirements:
- Bring 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, with a proven track record in senior-level responsibilities.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance managemenmanagement and legal compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Offer a proven ability to mentor and guide junior HR staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team dynamic.
