شرکت آرتین آزما مهر، فعال در زمینه تحقیق و توسعه، تولید کاتالیست‌ها، مواد شیمیایی نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی و توزیع تجهیزات آزمایشگاهی نفت و گاز، جهت پیگیری امور حمل ‌ونقل بین‌المللی و داخلی به دنبال استخدام یک مدیر لجستیک با شرایط زیر است.

شرح شغل:

• مدیریت امور حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و داخلی.
• برنامه‌ریزی حمل اقلام و سفارش‌ها به صورت بهینه و با در نظر گرفتن شرایط تحویل قراردادها.
• مدیریت اینکوترمزها در سفارش‌ها.
• مدیریت ترانزیت کالا.
• مدیریت امور اسنادی صادرات و واردات در دفاتر خارج کشور.
• استعلام از شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل بین المللی.
• پیگیری حمل‌ونقل.
• مدیریت امور ترخیص در کلیه گمرکات کشور.
• تهیه اسناد لازم برای ثبت سفارش و تخصیص ارز.
• انجام امور ثبت سفارش و ترخیص.
• مدیریت نفرات ترخیص کار.
• ارائه گزارش هفتگی از وضعیت تمایم سفارش‌ها، حمل‌ونقل و تحویل کالا.
• مستندسازی تمامی موارد فوق به صورت منظم و الکترونیکی.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای بهبود روند کارها و کاهش هزینه‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقۀ کاری مرتبط در حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• مسلط به اینکوترمز.
• مسلط به حمل‌ونقل: زمینی، دریایی، هوایی، ریلی و لجستیکی.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و مقررات واردات و صادرات گمرکات اجرایی و بازرگانی و زمینه حمل‌ونقل و ترخیص.
• آشنا با فرآیند ثبت سفارش.
• آشنا با فرآیند تخصیص ارز.
• آشنا با فرآیندهای ترانزیت و حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و داخلی.
• مسلط به امور ترخیص در گمرکات کشور.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• خلاق، مسئولیت‌پذیر و دارای سازماندهی فردی.
• توانایی تحلیل و حل مسئله.
• تمامی رشته‌های تحصیلی قابل قبول است.

Job description:

● Management of international and domestic transportation affairs.
● Planning the transportation of items and orders in an optimal way and taking into account the delivery conditions of the contracts. ● Management of Incoterms in orders. ● Management of goods transit.
● Management of export and import documentary affairs in foreign offices.
● Inquiry from international transport companies.
● Follow up transportation.
● Management of clearance matters in all customs of the country.
● Preparation of necessary documents for order registration and currency allocation.
● Carrying out order registration and clearance.
● Management of work release personnel.
● Providing a weekly report on the status of completion of orders, transportation and delivery of goods.
● Documentation of all the above items regularly and electronically.
● Collaborate with internal teams to improve work processes and reduce costs.

Skills and prerequisites:

• Having at least three years of relevant work experience in international transportation.
• Proficient in Incoterms.
• Proficient in transportation: land, sea, air, rail and logistics.
• Complete familiarity with the import and export rules and regulations of executive and commercial customs and the field of transportation and
clearance.
• Familiar with the order registration process.
• Familiar with the currency allocation process.
• Familiar with international and domestic transit and transportation processes.
• Proficient in clearance matters at the country's customs.
• Proficient in English.
