کارشناس مدیریت دانش | Knowledge Management Expert

شرکت طراحی و ساختمان نفت (ODCC) به دنبال جذب کارشناس/کارشناس ارشد با تجربه و متخصص در حوزه مدیریت دانش با مدرک تحصیلی در رشته های مدیریت اطلاعات و دانش شناسی و یا مهندسی صنایع با حداقل 5 سال سابقه مرتبط در حوزه مدیریت دانش،یادگیری سازمانی و یا مدیریت فرآیندها می‌باشد. نقش این فرد در طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و بهبود فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش سازمانی و ارتقای کارایی و بهره‌وری سازمان بسیار کلیدی است.

*مسئولیت ها:

• طراحی ،توسعه و پیاده سازی سیستم های مدیریت دانش سازمانی
• شناسایی،جمع آوری و سازماندهی دانش کلیدی سازمان و مستندسازی آن
• بهبود فرآیندهای انتقال دانش بین واحدهای مختلف سازمان
• تحلیل نیازهای دانش سازمان و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه
• آموزش و توانمدسازی کارکنان در زمینه بهره برداری از دانش سازمانی و تکنیک های مدیریت دانش و درس آموخته ها
• مهارت و آشنایی کامل جهت پیاده سازی ایزو 30401 مدیریت دانش
• مهارت در تهیه درخت و نقشه دانش و تدوین نقشه فرآیندی دانش
• مهارت لازم در شناسایی نیازمندی های سیستمی جهت توسعه سامانه مدیریت دانش

• آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم مدیریت دانش ، یادگیری سازمانی و فرآیندهای سازمانی
• توانایی طراحی و اجرای برنامه های مدیریت دانش و سیستم های مبتنی بر IT
• مهارت های ارتباطی و بین فردی قوی ، توانایی تعامل با تیم های مختلف
• توانایی تحلیل داده و ارائه گزارش های مدیریتی
• خلاقیت،نوآوری و توانایی حل مسئله
• روحیه و نظم کار تیمی
• دارا بودن تفکر خلاق و ارتباط موثر
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی

Naft Design and Construction Company (ODCC) is looking to recruit an experienced expert/senior expert in the field of knowledge management with a degree in information management and science or industrial engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of knowledge management, organizational learning or process management. The role of this person is very key in designing, implementing and improving organizational knowledge management processes and improving the efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing and implementing organizational knowledge management systems
- Identifying, collecting and organizing the key knowledge of the organization and documenting it
- Improving knowledge transfer processes between different units of the organization
- Analyzing the knowledge needs of the organization and providing optimal solutions
- Training and empowering employees in the field Exploitation of organizational knowledge and knowledge management techniques and lessons learned
- Skill and familiarity to implement ISO 30401 knowledge management
- Skill in preparing knowledge tree and knowledge map and compiling knowledge process map
- Skill in identifying system requirements for developing knowledge management system

- Ability to design and the implementation of knowledge management programs and IT-based systems
