هدف موقعیت:
بهینه‌سازی در دسترس بودن محصول در واحدهای تجاری، همسو کردن ظرفیت‌ها با پیش‌بینی‌های رشد و اطمینان از سطح کافی و بهینه موجودی و در دسترس بودن مواد در زمان و مکان مورد نیاز با استفاده از روش‌های مدیریت مواد، تضمین اینکه tsic موجودی کافی برای پاسخگویی مناسب به تقاضای مشتری دارد. .

وظیفه و مسئولیت اصلی:
• برنامه تولید سالانه مطابق با توافق مشتریان را در قالب برنامه ماهانه، هفتگی و روزانه قبل از شروع آماده کنید.
• مقایسه ظرفیت هر خط با میزان تعریف شده برنامه تولید برای تعیین بودجه تولید.
• اطمینان از عملکرد روان تولید.
• محاسبه تولید ماهانه و فاصله بین تولید برنامه ریزی شده و واقعی، تجزیه و تحلیل دلایل و گزارش به مدیریت.
• برنامه ریزی برون سپاری تولید برخی از مواد مصرفی به منظور رفع مشکلات گلوگاه تولید و افزایش کمیت محصولات.
• سفارشات کار هفتگی و روزانه را به بخش تولید ارسال کنید.
• دریافت، ثبت و سازماندهی بوم ها در قالب مدولار و آماده سازی بوم برای محصولات جدید.
• دریافت داده های مربوط به صورتحساب ها و مسیریابی، زمان بندی را در قالب صورتحساب ظرفیت به روز کنید.
• اطلاعات مربوط به توافقنامه فروش و برنامه های تولید برای هر محصول را دریافت و ثبت کنید.
• مشاوره مواد یا ماشین آلات جدید در فرآیند برنامه ریزی تولید.
>• بهینه سازی استفاده از ظرفیت برای اطمینان از برآورده شدن تقاضاها بدون به خطر انداختن سرمایه در گردش.
• زمان تحویل را در قالب ثابت و متغیر با توجه به اندازه قطعه محاسبه کنید.
• مشاوره تمام تصمیمات استراتژیک مربوط به ساخت سهام، موجودی های شعب با دیدگاه بلند مدت برای به حداقل رساندن ریسک های تجاری.
• دریافت و ثبت اطلاعات مربوط به ماشین آلات (نوع کار و منابع انسانی).
• تعیین کارایی ماشین آلات با توجه به ظرفیت استاندارد آنها.
• مقایسه اطلاعات مربوط به تحقق با استاندارد و بودجه.
• پیش بینی تولید در مقایسه با نتیجه سال های مختلف.
• شناسایی مقدار ایده آل مواد مورد نیاز در به منظور برنامه‌ریزی افق‌های کوتاه‌مدت و میان‌مدت عرضه و اطلاع‌رسانی به بخش تدارکات.
• ارتباط با بخش تدارکات برای اطمینان از دسترسی به موقع مواد در حین رسیدن به اهداف موجودی.
• انجام ابتکارات و اقدامات لازم برای اجرای استراتژی‌ها و برنامه‌ها به منظور حصول اطمینان از مدیریت کافی و همچنین تهیه به موقع و استفاده از مواد.
• اقدام در مورد کلیه موارد مربوط به زمانبندی، وضعیت، و موجودی و همچنین تهیه و تخصیص برنامه های بهره وری معنی دار و کاربردی به منظور برآوردن برنامه های اصلی تعیین شده .
• برنامه های تولید را در صورت لزوم به دلیل تغییرات طراحی، کمبود نیروی کار یا مواد، عقب ماندگی، یا سایر وقفه ها مدیریت کنید، با مدیریت همکاری کنید تا از خرابی های احتمالی جلوگیری شود.
• بررسی تقاضای طولانی مدت و توصیه به مدیریت موجودی.
• اطمینان حاصل شود که تمام سیاست‌ها، رویه‌ها و کنترل‌های مربوط به ایمنی، کیفیت و زیست‌محیطی رعایت می‌شوند تا ایمنی کارکنان، انطباق با قانون، تحویل محصولات/خدمات با کیفیت بالا و نگرش زیست‌محیطی مسئولانه تضمین شود.
>• برانگیختن زیردستان و کمک به شناسایی فرصت ها برای بهبود مستمر سیستم ها، فرآیندها و شیوه های بخش برنامه ریزی با در نظر گرفتن "بهترین عملکرد بین المللی"، بهبود فرآیندهای کسب و کار، کاهش هزینه و بهبود بهره وری.

Position Purpose:
To optimize product availability across the Business units, align capacities with growth projections and ensure adequate and optimal level of inventory and material availability when and where needed by using material management methods guarantying TSIC has enough inventory to properly meet customer demand.

Main Task & Responsibilities:
• Prepare the annual production plan aligned with the customers’ agreement into monthly, weekly and daily plan prior to initiating it.
• Compare each lines capacity with the defined production plan to determine production budget.
• Make sure of smooth operation of production.
• Calculate the monthly production and the gap between planned and actual production, analyse the reasons and report to management.
• Plan outsourcing of some consumables’ production in order to resolve production bottleneck problems and increase the quantity of products.
• Submit the weekly and daily work orders to production department.
• Receive, register and organize the BOM s in modular format and prepare BOM for new products.
• Receive the data related to Bills of Material and routing, update the timing in the Bill of capacity format.
• Receive and register the information related to selling agreement and production plans for each product.
• Advise new material or machinery in the planning process of production.
• Optimize the capacity utilization to ensure demands are met without compromising on working capital.
• Calculate the lead time in constant and variable format respecting lot Size.
• Advise all strategic decisions pertaining to stock builds, branch inventories with long term view of minimizing business risks.
• Receive and register the information about machinery (type of task and human resources).
• Determine the efficiency of machinery according to their standard capacity.
• Compare the information about realization with the standard and budget.
• Forecast the production comparing with different years' result.
• Identify the ideal quantity of material needed in order to plan short and medium term horizons of supply and inform procurement department.
• Liaise with the procurement department to ensure materials availability on time while meeting inventory targets.
• Undertake the required initiatives and action to implement strategies and plans in order to ensure adequate management as well as timely procurement and use of material.
• Act on all matters pertaining to schedules, status, and inventory as well as prepare and assign meaningful and functional productivity plans in order to meet established master schedules.
• Manage production schedules when required due to design changes, labour or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management in order to avoid potential downtimes.
• Review of long-term demand & recommendation to management of inventory.
• Ensure all relevant safety, quality and environmental policies, procedures and controls are adhered to so that employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude can be guaranteed.
• Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the planning department systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
