We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to play a key role in managing and enhancing our HR operations. This position requires a well-rounded HR professional with expertise in employee relations, talent management, HR compliance, and organizational development. As a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership, you will contribute to a positive workplace culture, drive HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams to attract top talent.
- Facilitate onboarding and integration programs to enhance new hire experience.
- Assist in workforce planning and succession planning to support business growth.
Performance Management & Employee Development
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and leadership development.
- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and create tailored training initiatives.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and drive action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in talent development, and performance management.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, or CIPD.
- Experience in organizational development
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving workplace with a proactive approach.
