کارشناس ارشد DevOps | Senior DevOps Expert

شرکت ارزش آفرین اطلس به عنوان شرکت پشتیبان بانک ملت در حوزه نوآوری و تحول دیجیتال در تلاش است بستر مناسبی را جهت خلق، ارائه و راه‌اندازی طرح‌های نوآورانه در حوزه بانکداری نوین فراهم نماید. در این راه به منظور ساخت سیستم‌های کاربردی برای بهبود تجربه مشتری به دنبال تشکیل تیمی مجرب و متخصص از مهندسان ارشد DevOps در حوزه مدیریت کافکا هستیم تا با تجارب گسترده خود در زمینه های DevOps، فناوری‌های ابری، اتوماسیون، مدیریت زیرساخت و مدیریت کافکا، تحت عنوان مهندسین ارشد DevOps، نقشی کلیدی را در طراحی، پیاده‌سازی و نگهداری Pipelines CI/CD، زیرساخت ابری، Clusters Kubernetes و زیرساخت کافکا، اهداف مجموعه و بانک ملت در حوزه نوآوری دیجیتال و بانکداری نوین را محقق نماید. در صورت دارا بودن تخصص در هر یک یا چند حوزه از مهارت‌های تیم DevOps (به شرح ذیل)، می‌توانید جهت همکاری رزومه خود را ارسال نمایید.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی کامپیوتر (نرم‌افزار) یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل پنج سال تجربه کار در حوزه DevOps یا نقش‌های مرتبط.
• تسلط قوی در Scripting و زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی مانند Python یا Bash.
• مجرب در کار با ابزارهای CI/CD مانند Jenkins و GitLab CI/CD.
• مسلط به فناوری‌های کانتینری‌سازی و ارکستراسیون مانند داکر و کوبرنتیس.
• تجربه کار با زیرساخت به عنوان ابزارِ کد مانند Terraform یا Ansible.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای نظارت و مشاهده به عنوان مثال: Prometheus ،Grafana ،ELK stack و غیره.
• تجربه کار در مدیریت کافکا از جمله تهیه، پیکربندی و نظارت.

شایستگی‌هایی که موجب ارجحیت شما در جذب می‌شوند:

• داشتن گواهی‌نامه‌ درDevOps، پلتفرم‌های ابری، یا فناوری‌های مرتبط (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer ،Kubernetes Certifications).
• تجربه کار در حوزه امنیت و شیوه‌های انطباق در محیط های ابری.
• توانایی مشارکت فعال در جامعه DevOps یا مشارکت در پروژه‌های منبع باز.

Job description and duties

In this way, in order to build functional systems to improve the customer experience, we are looking to form an experienced and expert team of senior DevOps engineers in the field of Kafka management, with their extensive experience in the fields of DevOps, cloud technologies, automation, infrastructure management and management. Kafka, under the title of senior DevOps engineers, plays a key role in the design, implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters and Kafka infrastructure, to realize the goals of the group and Bank Mellat in the field of digital innovation and modern banking. Required qualifications:

Min. Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
Strong command of scripting and programming languages such as Python or Bash.
Experienced in working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
Mastery of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience working with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
Familiarity with monitoring and observation tools, for example: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
Working experience in Kafka management, including preparation, configuration and monitoring.

Competencies that lead to You are preferably recruited to:

Have certification in DevOps, cloud platforms, or related technologies (eg AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes certifications)
Experience working in security and compliance practices In cloud environments.
Active participation in the DevOps community or participation in open source projects
