Setting up incentive programs and goals to increase sales
General sales planning in the region
Training of sales forces
Regular visits to regional markets on a regular basis
Checking sales progress and sales plans in the target area on a weekly basis
Management of key customers
Daily management of sales operations in designated areas
Reviewing the performance of the forces under management and providing monthly reports, providing monthly reports of sales and estimated annual budget for marketing by using analytical skills and studying and reviewing market approaches.
Work experience in commercial companies
