کارشناس ارشد فنی دوربین مداربسته (IP) | Senior Technical Specialist (CCTV)

شرح شغل:

• همکاری مستمر با مدیر مربوطه و واحدهای مرتبط جهت تدوین یا بازنگری طرح‌های تحقیق و توسعۀ محصول.
• ارائه گزارش‌های مکتوب و اخذ بازخورد از فعالیت‌های انجام شده.
• پشتیبانی فنّی مشتری و تیم های فروش.
• آموزش فنّی تیم‌های فروش و نمایندگان فروش.
• تهیه فایل‌های آموزشی متناسب با نیاز تیم فروش و نماینده‌ها.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با مفاهیم اولیه شبکه و IP.
• قابلیت راه­‌اندازی، پشتیبانی و نگهداری محصولات نظارت تصویری در حوزه IP.
• توانایی انجام کلیه تست‌های فنّی دوربین مدار بسته و دستگاه ضبط تصویر.
• توانمندی بالا در تشخیص مشکلات و ارائه راه‌حل در حوزه شبکه و IP.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت تصاویر (VMS).

اولویت با داوطلبان دارای تسلط فنی در حوزه دوربین‌های مداربسته IP است.

- Familiarity with the basic concepts of network and IP
- Ability to set up, support and maintain video surveillance products in the field of IP
- Performing all technical tests of CCTV and video recording devices
- High ability to diagnose problems and providing solutions in the field of network and IP
- continuous cooperation with the relevant manager and related units to formulate or revise product research and development plans
- providing written reports and obtaining feedback from the activities carried out
- Customer technical support and sales teams
- Technical training of sales teams and sales representatives
- Preparation of training files according to the needs of the sales team and representatives
- Familiarity with image management software (VMS) < br>- Preference is given to candidates with technical mastery in the field of IP CCTV cameras.
