-حداقل 1 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در اجرای فعالیت های حفاظت بشردوستانه
- مدرک دانشگاهی در روانشناسی، علوم اجتماعی، مددکاری اجتماعی و/یا هر زمینه مرتبط با توسعه جامعه
- علاقه مند به برقراری ارتباط و اعتمادسازی با افراد
-مهارت های گزارش دهی و نوشتاری خوب
- سواد کامپیوتری ضروری (ورد، اکسل و اینترنت).
- دانش و تعهد به اصول بشردوستانه، برابری جنسیتی و حفاظت را نشان می دهد

درباره intersos:

intersos یک سازمان بشردوستانه در خط مقدم شرایط اضطراری است که با توجه ویژه به قربانیان درگیری‌های مسلحانه، بلایای طبیعی، و محرومیت‌های شدید کمک می‌کند. حفاظت از آسیب پذیرترین افراد از سال 1992، کارگران بشردوستانه ما به مردم آسیب دیده از بحران های انسانی کمک می کنند: ما کمک های اولیه، غذا، سرپناه، کمک های پزشکی و کالاهای اساسی را ارائه می دهیم. ما اطمینان حاصل می کنیم که نیازهای اساسی مانند آموزش، دسترسی به آب پاک و کمک های بهداشتی برآورده می شود. هجوم ناگهانی بالای اتباع افغان در ایران ایجاد کرد، اینترسوس تصمیم گرفت فرصت های حضور خود را در ایران ارزیابی کند. اینترسوس در مهر تا آبان 2021 موافقت دولت جمهوری اسلامی ایران را برای استقرار در تهران - ایران دریافت کرد و فعالیت های مشترک خود را در ژوئن 2022 آغاز کرد. و چگونگی حمایت از سیستم بهداشتی موجود در مقابله با تعداد بالای پناهندگان جدید و تأثیرات آن بر ایرانیان محلی. علاوه بر این، برخی از فعالیت های اجتماعی پیرامون افراد دارای معلولیت و کودکان با فعالیت های پزشکی مرتبط بود.

مسئولیت ها:

- کمک به برنامه ریزی و اجرای فعالیت های برنامه ای مربوط به فعالیت های حمایتی و حمایت روانی اجتماعی. برای این منظور، تیم را در تولید و به‌روزرسانی برنامه‌های کاری ماهانه حمایت کنید و فعالیت‌های برنامه را بر این اساس اجرا کنید.
- با راهنمایی‌های ناظر با شرکای خارجی در مورد مکاتبات و/یا مسائل حفاظتی ارتباط برقرار کنید.
-روشهای عملیاتی استاندارد مربوط به حفاظت را رعایت کرده و به آنها احترام بگذارید.
- ارائه پشتیبانی عملکردی و اداری مانند تهیه پیش نویس نامه ها، در تمامی برنامه های مربوط به حفاظت با شرکای اجرایی و عملیاتی.
- ارائه پشتیبانی عملکردی و اداری در اجرای رویکردهای مشارکتی، نیازسنجی، نظارت، گزارش دهی و مدیریت پرونده.
-کمک به تهیه پیش نویس گزارش ها، مکاتبات معمول، به روز رسانی پایگاه های داده مربوطه و جمع آوری آمار در حوزه مسئولیت (aor) .
-اجرای یکپارچگی در ارائه خدمات حفاظتی توسط شرکای اجرایی محلی.
سایر وظایف مرتبط را در صورت لزوم انجام دهید.


 

• At least one year of relevant working experience in the implementation of humanitarian protection activities.
• A university degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Social Work, and/or any field related to community development.
• Interested in communicating and trust-building with people.
• Good reporting and writing skills.
• Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel, and Internet).
• Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to humanitarian principles, gender equity, and protection.

About INTERSOS:

INTERSOS is a humanitarian organization on the front line of emergencies, bringing assistance to victims of armed conflicts, natural disasters, and extreme exclusion with particular attention to the protection of the most vulnerable people. Since 1992 our humanitarian workers have been helping people affected by humanitarian crises: we provide first aid, food, shelter, medical assistance, and basic goods. We ensure that basic needs, such as education, access to clean water, and health assistance are met.

INTERSOS in Iran:

Following the Taliban retaking power in Afghanistan in August 2021, which has created a sudden high influx of Afghan nationals in Iran, INTERSOS decided to assess opportunities to establish its presence in Iran. INTERSOS obtained approval from the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the establishment of its presence in Tehran - Iran in October-November 2021 and started conducting its joint activities in June 2022. INTERSOS activities in Iran mainly focus on the health/medical sector and how to support the existing health system in coping with the high number of new refugees and its impacts on local Iranians. In addition, some social activities around people with disabilities and children were linked to medical activities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning and implementation of program activities related to protection and psychosocial support activities. To this end, support the team in producing and updating monthly work plans and implement program activities accordingly.
• Liaise externally with partners on correspondence and/or protection issues as guided by the supervisor.
• Observe and respect protection-related standard operating procedures.
• Provide functional and administrative support such as drafting letters, in all protection-related programming with implementing and operational partners.
• Provide functional and administrative support in implementing participatory approaches, need assessments, monitoring, reporting, and case management.
• Assist in drafting reports, routine correspondence, updating relevant databases, and compiling statistics within the Area of Responsibility (AoR).
• Enforce integrity in the delivery of protection services by local implementing partners.
• Perform other related duties as required.
