- همکاری با واحد بازرگانی جهت تعیین شرح وظایف و دامنه فعالیت دفاتر نمایندگی و نمایندگان زیر مجموعه.
- اتخاذ تدابیر مناسب جهت ارتقای سطح بهره‌وری فعالیت‌های نمایندگان.
- بررسی عملکرد دفاتر نمایندگی و ارائه پیشنهادهای لازم جهت ارتقای سطح کیفی فعالیت‌های شعب.
- بازدید از شعب جهت آموزش‌های استراتژیک در صورت نیاز.
- ارائه راهنمایی های لازم به شعب تمایندگی جهت تدوین برنامه‌های نمایندگان.
- تهیه و تنظیم آمار و اطلاعات مربوط به نمایندگی‌های شرکت.
- شناسایی مکان‌های مناسب جهت ایجاد و راه‌اندازی سرپرستی و نمایندگی و همچنین ارائه پیشنهادات لازم.
- شناسایی نیروهای واجد شرایط و توانمند به منظور معرفی به مقام مافوق جهت نمایندگی اصلی در مناطق جغرافیایی لازم.
- مدیریت منابع انسانی واحد سازمانی امور نمایندگان.
- انجام سایر امور ارجاعی مربوط به پست سازمانی که از طرف مافوق محول می‌گردد.
At least 5 years of work experience in the field of representative affairs. Familiarity with commercial laws, familiarity with the principles of commercial contracts Familiarity with the principles of commerce and sales Ability to attend or follow up issues outside of office hours Proficiency in office correspondence Proficiency in computers and the Internet , and related software.

Cooperation with the commercial unit to determine the description of duties and scope of activities of representative offices and sub-group representatives
Taking appropriate measures to improve the level of productivity of activities Representatives
Checking the performance of the representative offices and providing the necessary suggestions to improve the quality level of the branches' activities
Visiting the branches for strategic training if needed
Providing the necessary guidance to the branches in order to develop programs for the representatives
Preparation and setting up statistics and information related to the company's agencies
Identifying suitable places to establish and set up supervision and agency as well as providing the necessary suggestions
Identifying qualified and capable personnel in order to introduce them to superiors for the main agency in the regions Necessary geography
