Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable PHP applications with frameworks such as Phalcon or Laravel.
- Design and optimize database solutions using MySQL, ensuring efficient query performance.
- Implement message queuing with RabbitMQ to manage real-time processing and asynchronous tasks.
- Utilize Redis for caching and to improve the overall application performance.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs in the application.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in PHP development.

- Proficient in MySQL, including writing complex queries, optimizing database performance, and database design.
- Experience with Redis for caching and session management.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on teamwork.
Preferred:
- Experience with high-traffic, large-scale web applications.
