- کنترل وضعیت پیشرفت پروژه‌ها و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب جهت اجرای پروژه‌ها مطابق با برنامه زمانبندی.
- آنالیز انحرافات و تاخیرات پروژه‌ها و ارائه گزارشات لازم.
- تهیه بانک اطلاعاتی مدارک مهندسی پروژه (MDR).
- مستندسازی، طبقه‌بندی و آرشیو مدارک پروژه.
- تهیه صورت وضعیت های فازهای مهندسی، تامین و اجرا.
- تهیه و ارائه گزارشات ماهانه (کارفرما) و مدیریتی (داخلی) و توانایی برگزاری و مدیریت جلسات هماهنگی پروژه.
- کنترل و نظارت واحدهای مختلف پروژه (Project Unit) و تهیه گزارشات آنالیز تاخیرات به تفکیک هر واحد.
- تعامل دائم با ذی‌نفعان شامل ارکان داخل سازمان، کارفرما و پیمانکاران جهت تحقق اهداف پروژه.
