Job Description:

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the marketing department to align social media campaigns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
2. Manage and oversee social media content.
3. Measure the success of every social media campaign.
4. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
5. Use social media marketing tools.
6. Collaborate with Marketing and PR teams.
7. Manage and supervise the social media marketing team to ensure high performance.
8. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
9. Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
2. MUST be able to speak good English.
3. A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
4. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
5. Good understanding of social media KPIs.
6. Excellent multitasking skills.
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
8. Team player.
9. Good time-management skills.
10. Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
