کارشناس عملیات | Operations Specialist

مجموعه راهیان، شرکت خدمات کشتیرانی و حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی، از میان جوانان با انگیزه و توانمند در حوزۀ بازرگانی و حمل‌ونقل جهت انجام امور عملیات و اسناد (واردات و صادرات) عضو جدید می‌پذیرد.

شرح شغل:

• مکاتبه با خطوط و نمایندگان جهت دریافت و ارسال اسناد صادراتی.
• پاسخ‌گویی و به‌روزرسانی مشتریان بر روی ایمیل و یا به صورت تلفنی.
• به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات در سیستم‌های داخلی.
• انجام امور حمل دریایی زمینی هوایی و ترانزیت داخلی و خارجی.
• پیگیری بارهای وارداتی و صادراتی شرکت.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: یکشنبه تا پنجشنبه از 8:30 صبح تا 4:30 عصر؛ شنبه‌ها تعطیل.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری مرتبط.
• تسلط کافی به حمل زمینی، دریایی، هوایی و ترانزیت.
• سطح متوسط به بالا در زبان انگلیسی.
• مدرک کارشناسی.
• مسلط به OTMS.

Job Description :

Correspondence with lines and representatives to receive and send export documents.
Answering and updating customers by email or by phone.
Updating information in internal systems.
Carrying out sea,land,air and domestic and foreign transit.
Tracking the company's import and export loads.
Working hours and days: Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; Closed on Saturdays

Prerequisites:


At least three years of related work experience.
Sufficient mastery of land, sea, air and transit transportation.
Intermediate to high level in English.
Bachelor's degree.
Proficient in OTMS.
