شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• نصب، پیکربندی و نگهداری تجهیزات شبکه.
• نظارت بر عملکرد شبکه و رفع اشکالات آن.
• ارائه پشتیبانی فنی به کاربران و همکاران.
• ارزیابی و به‌روزرسانی نرم‌افزارها و سخت‌افزارهای شبکه.
• تهیه و تدوین مستندات فنی و گزارش‌ها.
• همکاری با سایر تیم‌های فناوری اطلاعات برای بهبود سیستم‌ها و فرآیندها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های مرتبط (مهندسی کامپیوتر، فناوری اطلاعات).
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در زمینه پشتیبانی شبکه.
• آشنایی کامل با پروتکل‌های شبکه، تجهیزات شبکه‌ای (روتر، سوییچ) و ابزارهای مانیتورینگ.
• توانایی تحلیل و حل مشکلات فنی پیچیده.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم امنیت شبکه و توانایی اجرای سیاست‌های امنیتی.
• آشنایی با روش های مختلف امن سازی ارتباطات شبکه.
