• توانایی مدیریت شعبه و تیم.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای فروش.
• توانایی ساخت تیم فروش.
• قدرت در مدیریت نفرات.
• هوش ریاضی بالا.
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشتۀ مدیریت.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقۀ مدیریتی در حوزه مرتبط.
• افرادی که دارای تیم فروش خودشان باشند در اولویت هستند.
