Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at Raibod, you will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing the user experience of our fintech products. Your primary focus will be on creating usercentered designs that are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and functional. You will work closely with the product design team to gather requirements, conduct user research, and employ a creative design process to develop solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Quickly and creatively generate concepts and designs, exploring different solutions and selecting the best ones through evaluation.
• UI Design: Design beautiful and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile to create the best user experience.
• UX Design: Design intuitive and user centric experiences that simplify complex fintech processes.
• Prototype Creation: Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs, analyzing and addressing specific issues.
• User Research: Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to incorporate it into the design process, improving the quality of the user experience.
• Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
• Team Involvement: Engage the product and design teams in gathering requirements, using user needs based on research, and translating them into attractive and effective designs.

Requirements

• Concept and Product Design: Ability to produce and design product concepts through sketching, software, and other methods, combining creativity and technical skills.
• UI Design Expertise: Knowledge and expertise in user interface design principles, including gestalt principles, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Responsive Design: Ability to design responsive interfaces for various screen sizes.
• Design Frameworks Mastery: Mastery of user experience and user interface design frameworks.
• Design Guidelines: Knowledge of Google’s Material Design and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Attention to Detail: High precision in detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to present designs and concepts effectively.
• Fintech Knowledge: Familiarity with fintech concepts, terminology, and products.
