مدیر مالی و اداری | Finance and Administrative Manager

*مدیریت و نظارت بر سیستم‌های مالی

• نظارت و کنترل تمامی فرآیندهای مالی در سطح هلدینگ و شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه.
• هماهنگی و یکپارچه‌سازی اطلاعات مالی به منظور تهیه گزارش‌های جامع مالی.
• بررسی و تایید اسناد مالی، حسابداری و ثبت دقیق عملیات مالی.

*تدوین استراتژی مالی و برنامه‌ریزی بودجه‌ای

• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی در راستای اهداف کلان هلدینگ.
• تدوین بودجه سالانه برای کل هلدینگ و شرکت‌های تابعه.
• بررسی و اصلاح بودجه‌ها بر اساس تغییرات بازار و عملکرد شرکت‌ها.
• پایش انحرافات بودجه‌ای و پیشنهاد اقدامات اصلاحی.

*مدیریت جریان نقدی و تامین مالی

• کنترل دقیق جریان وجوه نقدی در کل هلدینگ و برنامه‌ریزی تامین منابع مالی.
• مدیریت نقدینگی به منظور حفظ تعادل بین درآمدها و هزینه‌ها.
• شناسایی نیازهای سرمایه‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی تامین مالی از طریق تسهیلات بانکی، انتشار اوراق، یا جذب سرمایه‌گذار.
• مذاکره با بانک‌ها، موسسات مالی و سرمایه‌گذاران.

*گزارش‌دهی مالی و تحلیلی

• تهیه گزارش‌های مالی تلفیقی و جداگانه ماهانه، سه‌ماهه و سالانه به صورت دقیق و مطابق استانداردهای حسابداری.
• تحلیل مالی عملکرد شرکت‌های تابعه و ارائه تحلیل‌های تصمیم‌ساز به مدیرعامل و هیئت مدیره.
• تهیه گزارش‌های مربوط به نقدینگی، سودآوری، هزینه‌ها، و شاخص‌های کلیدی مالی (KPIs).
• تضمین شفافیت مالی در گزارش‌ها و مستندسازی تمامی فرآیندها.

*مدیریت ریسک مالی و انطباق با قوانین

• شناسایی و تحلیل ریسک‌های مالی و ارائه راهکارهای کاهش آن‌ها.
• نظارت بر رعایت قوانین مالی، مالیاتی و حسابداری، و استانداردهای داخلی و بین‌المللی.
• همکاری با واحد حقوقی و حسابرسی داخلی و خارجی.
• اطمینان از پیروی از مقررات بانک مرکزی، سازمان امور مالیاتی، سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار و سایر نهادهای مرتبط.

*مدیریت تیم مالی و توسعه منابع انسانی

• هدایت و سازماندهی تیم‌های مالی و حسابداری در سطح هلدینگ و شرکت‌های تابعه.
• آموزش و ارتقاء مهارت‌های تیم مالی.
• تعیین اهداف عملکردی برای اعضای تیم و ارزیابی دوره‌ای آن‌ها.
• ایجاد فرهنگ مالی قوی و مسئولیت‌پذیری در سازمان.

*مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های استراتژیک

• مشارکت در جلسات هیئت مدیره و ارائه گزارش‌ها و تحلیل‌های مالی برای تصمیم‌گیری‌های کلان.

*شرایط احراز مدیر مالی در هلدینگ
*تحصیلات و تخصص

• دارای مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مالی، حسابداری، مدیریت بازرگانی، اقتصاد یا رشته‌های مرتبط (کارشناسی ارشد یا بالاتر مزیت محسوب می‌شود).
• آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای بین‌المللی گزارشگری مالی (IFRS) و قوانین مالیاتی.

*تجربه کاری

• حداقل 7 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه مالی و حسابداری.
• حداقل 3 سال تجربه مدیریت مالی در هلدینگ یا سازمان‌های بزرگ با چند شرکت زیرمجموعه.
• تجربه موفق در مدیریت تیم‌های مالی و پروژه‌های بزرگ مالی.
• تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای مالی

• تسلط بر تحلیل مالی، بودجه‌بندی، مدیریت نقدینگی و تامین مالی.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین مالی، مالیاتی، بیمه‌ای و مقررات نظارتی.
• توانایی تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های مالی پیچیده و تحلیلی.
• تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای حسابداری، اکسل پیشرفته و نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت مالی.

1. Management and supervision of financial systems
Supervision and control of all financial processes at the level of holding and subsidiary companies.
Coordination and integration of financial information in order to prepare comprehensive financial reports.
Review and approval of financial documents, accounting and accurate recording of financial operations. Compilation of financial strategy and budget planning
Design and implementation of financial strategies in line with the goals of the large holding.
Preparation of the annual budget for the entire holding and subsidiaries. Cash flow management and financing
Exact control of cash flow in the entire holding and financing planning.
Liquidity management in order to maintain a balance between income and expenses.
Identifying investment needs and financing planning through bank facilities, issuing bonds, or attracting investors.
Negotiation with banks, financial institutions, and investors.
4. Financial and analytical reporting
Preparation of consolidated and separate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports accurately and in accordance with accounting standards.
Financial analysis of the performance of subsidiaries and providing decision-making analyzes to the CEO and board of directors.
Preparation of reports related to liquidity, profitability, costs, and key financial indicators (KPIs).
Ensuring financial transparency in reports and documenting all processes.
5. Financial risk management and compliance with laws
Identifying and analyzing financial risks and providing solutions to reduce them.
Monitoring compliance with financial, tax and accounting laws, and internal and international standards.
Cooperation with legal and internal and external audit units.
Ensuring compliance with the regulations of the Central Bank, Tax Affairs Organization, Securities and Exchange Organization and other related institutions.

6. Financial team management and human resources development
Leading and organizing financial and accounting teams at the holding and subsidiary companies level.
Training and upgrading financial team skills.
Determining performance goals for team members and periodically evaluating them.

7. Participating in strategic decisions
Participating in board meetings and presenting financial reports and analyzes for macro decisions. Education and expertise
Having a master's degree in finance, accounting, business management, economics or related fields (master's degree or higher is an advantage).
Complete familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and tax laws.
2. Work experience
At least 7 years of related work experience in finance and accounting.
At least 3 years of financial management experience in holding or large organizations with several subsidiary companies.
Successful experience in managing financial teams and large financial projects.
Experience with financial software
