• توانایی همکاری در شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های فرآیندهای سازمان و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
• توانایی همکاری در تعیین فرآیندهای مرتبط با فنی و مهندسی.

• درک خط مشی شرکت و همسو نمودن فعالیت‌های واحد فنی در رابطه با آن‌ها.
• تدوین اهداف و برنامه کیفیت واحد فنی و مهندسی و پیشنهاد آن به مدیریت ارشد.
• همکاری در شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های فرآیندهای سازمان و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
• همکاری در تعیین فرآیندهای مرتبط با فنی و مهندسی.
• شناسایی الزامات قانونی مرتبط با محصول و خدمات و به روز آوری آن‌ها.
• نظارت بر تدوین یا بازنگری نقشه های فنی و مهندسی.
• تهیه گزارش از وضعیت فنی و مهندسی محصولات و خدمات و ارائه به مدیریت ارشد.
• اطمینان از صحه‌گذاری طراحی و توسعه محصولات جدید.
• شناسایی تجهیزات و ماشین آلات مورد نیاز جهت بهبود یا توسعه محصول.
• انجام سایر وظایف محوله از طرف مدیر ارشد.

Full command of English language. Full familiarity with GMP principles and the ability to prepare and implement related documentation in pharmaceuticals. Full familiarity with FAT and SAT of pharmaceutical machinery (solids lines, soft gelatin capsules, injectable products, etc.). Full familiarity with how Operation of pharmaceutical machinery such as tablet presses, tablet coating, capsule filling, blistering, bottling and granule making machines, etc. Complete familiarity with the zoning of pharmaceutical clean rooms. Complete mastery of the principles of drawing and working with related software such as AutoCAD. Proficient in pharmaceutical water systems. Complete mastery of installation and operation, maintenance and repair of pharmaceutical facilities and infrastructure such as air conditioners, boilers and compressed air production devices, etc. Complete mastery of PM and EM of pharmaceutical machinery. Complete mastery of How to work, repair and design common construction facilities such as building wiring and switchboards, sewage systems, chillers, etc. At least three years of experience in managing the engineering technical unit in a pharmaceutical factory. Having a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. from prestigious universities. Ability to do team work and group interaction.

Preparing a report on the technical and engineering status of products and services and presenting it to senior management
Ensuring the approval of the design and development of new products
Identifying the equipment and machinery needed to improve or develop the product
Doing other Duties assigned by the senior manager.
