Main Responsibilities of a Senior Product Designer:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals and user needs.
• Develop advanced user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that elevate the overall user experience.
• Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive style guides, design systems, and visually captivating interfaces.
• Mentor and inspire junior and mid-level designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team environment.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
• Proactively identify and address complex UX challenges, emphasizing responsive design and usability improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge design concepts into our products.
• Integrate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design iterations, continually enhancing the overall user experience.
• Demonstrate mastery of design thinking principles and usability concepts, ensuring the highest standards in design excellence.

Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should have:

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably in the online travel services industry.
• A degree in industrial design, cognitive science, graphics, or a related field is preferred.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a track record of successful UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Basic HTML and CSS skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
• Strong team player capabilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
