Job Conditions:
- At least 5 years of sales team management at different levels
- Mastery of sales strategy, planning and implementation of sales campaigns
- ability to guide, motivate and develop sales team to achieve set goals
- Customer communication and management Work in a dynamic and pressured environment with a high growth perspective
Main responsibilities:
- Determining monthly/annual sales goals and monitoring them
- Designing and implementing new sales strategies to increase market share
- Leadership and coaching of sales team to improve personal and group performance
