As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
 The ideal candidate has a strong background in design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions.

Responsibilities:

●     Identify user, business, and problems effectively to design solutions that address core issues.

●     Excellent attention to detail

●     Exhibit effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.

●     Possess strong problem-solving skills to identify and address design inconsistencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities within the design system, proposing effective solutions for technical limitations, stakeholder feedback, and user needs.

●     Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.

●     Work closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

●     Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

●     Present and articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements:

●     3+ years of experience in product design.

●     Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

●     Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and examples of user-centered design solutions.

●     Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.

●     Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

●     Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
