شرح شغل:

• توسعه و پیاده‌سازی برنامه‌های پروژه با استفاده از اتوکد و سایر نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی.
• هماهنگی و نظارت بر عملکرد تیم‌های پروژه برای تضمین تحقق اهداف.
• بررسی و تحلیل مسائل مربوط به پروژه و ارائه راه‌حل‌های مناسب.
• حفظ روابط موثر با ذینفعان مختلف.
• مدیریت منابع پروژه شامل بودجه، نیروی انسانی و تجهیزات.
• گزارش‌دهی منظم به مدیریت ارشد درباره پیشرفت پروژه و مسائل مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای آفیس و اکسل.
• توانایی در مدیریت پروژه‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی.
• مهارت‌های قوی در ارتباطات و رهبری.
• توانایی استدلال کلامی و حل مسئله.

A reputable engineering company in the field of oil, gas and petrochemicals needs a project manager for its engineering office in Shiraz with relevant work experience in planning, coordinating and implementing engineering projects in the oil and gas industry. This person is responsible for ensuring timely implementation of projects and compliance with quality and safety standards. Also, the project manager is in contact with various teams and internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of project plans using AutoCAD and other software. Specialized
- Coordinate and monitor the performance of project teams to ensure the achievement of goals
- Investigate and analyze project-related issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Management of project resources including budget, manpower and equipment
- Regular reporting to senior management about project progress and related issues

Competencies:
- Possessing a degree in mechanical engineering Office and Excel software
- Ability to manage projects and planning
- Strong communication and leadership skills
