• توانایی نوشتن متون جذاب و متناسب با مخاطبان هدف.
• توانایی رعایت اصول نگارشی و تولید محتوای باکیفیت.

• توانایی تدوین و مدیریت استراتژی‌های محتوا و تقویم محتوایی.
• تجربه در مدیریت پروژه‌ها و تیم‌های تولید محتوا.
• توانایی تحلیل عملکرد محتوا (با استفاده از ابزارهای تحلیل وب و شبکه‌های اجتماعی) و ارائه گزارش‌های بهینه‌سازی.
• توانایی مدیریت چند پروژه به‌صورت همزمان و تطبیق با محیط‌های پویا.
• آشنایی با ترندهای روز صنعت و بازاریابی دیجیتال.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای همکاری با تیم‌ها و تعامل با مشتریان.
• توانایی مدیریت زمان و توجه به جزئیات برای ارائه محتوای دقیق و بدون خطا.
• آشنایی با اصول UX Writing مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Required skills:
Mastering the principles of writing and producing creative content for websites, blogs and social networks.
Ability to write attractive texts suitable for the target audience.
Adhering to the principles of writing and producing high-quality content.
Familiarity with content marketing and implementation of audience attraction and retention strategies.
Ability to create content for different social networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and analyze their performance.
Familiarity with content production and editing tools.
Developing and managing content strategies and content calendar.
Experience in managing projects and content production teams.
Analyzing content performance (using web and social network analysis tools) and providing optimization reports.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic environments.
Getting to know the latest industry trends and digital marketing.
Strong communication skills to work with teams and interact with customers.
Time management and attention to detail to deliver accurate and error-free content.

Familiarity with the principles of UX Writing is an advantage.
