شرح شغل:

• هماهنگی و توسعه استانداردهای تحقیقاتی CSI و ارائه و اجرای راهکارهای ISQI و تحلیل عوامل قوت وضعف.
• بهبود مستمر و توسعه فرآیندهای استاندارد برای ایجاد استانداردهای نمایندگی‌های خدمات.
• مشارکت در حل و فصل مسایل نمایندگان.
• بررسی عوامل رضایت مشتری درنمایندگی‌های مختلف و تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های بهبود.
• نظارت بر پیشرفت مدیریت نمایندگی‌ها و تهیه برنامه‌های بهبود برای نمایندگی‌های ضعیف.
• نظارت بر تهیه چک لیست مغایرتها و الزامات استاندارد.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به استانداردهای بین‌المللی خدمات پس از فروش (مانند CSI و ISQI).
• تسلط کامل به شبکه نمایندگی های مجاز و ارزیابی نمایندگان شرکت‌های خودرویی.
• آشنایی کامل با الزامات ISO.
• آشنایی کامل با صنعت خودرو و سیستم‌های فنی و مکانیکی خودرو.
• مسلط به فرآیند اعطا و لغو نمایندگان و توسعه شبکه.
• مسلط به فرآیند نظارت و ارزیابی نمایندگان.
• مسلط به نحوه امتیازدهی و رتبه‌بندی نمایندگان.
• مسلط به استانداردهای آموزشی شبکه نمایندگان.
• دانش عمیق از فرآیندهای خدمات پس از فروش.
• آشنایی با کنترل پروژه.
• تسلط کامل به Excel ،PowerPoint و Outlook.
• آشنایی کامل با نرم‌افزار سون.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و مدیریت تیم.
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندها.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای تعامل با مشتریان، نمایندگی‌ها و تیم داخلی.

Coordination and development of CSI research standards and presentation and implementation of ISQI solutions and analysis of strength and weakness factors
Continuous improvement and development of standard processes to create standards for service agencies
Participation in resolving agent issues
Reviewing customer satisfaction factors in agency and developing and implementing improvement plans
Monitoring the progress of agency management and preparing improvement plans for weak agencies
Supervising the preparation of a checklist of discrepancies and standard requirements
Complete mastery of international after-service standards from sales (such as CSI and ISQI)
Complete mastery of the network of authorized dealers and evaluation of car company representatives
Complete familiarity with ISO requirements
Complete familiarity with the automotive industry and automotive technical and mechanical systems
Proficient To the process of assigning and canceling representatives and network development
Proficient in the monitoring and evaluation process of representatives
Proficient in how to score and rank representatives
Proficient in the training standards of the representative network
In-depth knowledge of after-sales service processes Sales
