کارشناس ارشد جذب و استخدام | Recruiter

وظایف و مسئولیت ها:
-ارتباط گیری و همکاری با مدیران برای تعیین نیازهای جذب نیرو و الزامات شغلی

-تهیه و به روز رسانی شرح شغل ها تدوین و انتشار آگهی استخدام در سایت های کاریابی

-بررسی و غربال رزومه های دریافتی بر اساس شرایط احرازانجام مصاحبه های تلفنی و شایستگی محور

-برگزاری پنل های مصاحبه تخصصی با حضور مدیران جذب انجام

-هماهنگی های لازم با کارجویان برای شرکت در جلسات مصاحبه

-انجام رفرنس چک و بررسی تایید صلاحیت متقاضی از مدیران قبلی

-مشارکت در تهیه و ارائه گزارش از وضعیت جذب و استخدام

شایستگی های تخصصی و رفتاری:
-تجربه فعالیت حداقل 5 سال در تیم های سرمایه انسانی

-دارای مدرک کارشناسی در رشته های مدیریت، روانشناسی، مهندسی صنایع و سایر رشته های مرتبط

-آشنایی با آزمون ها و تست های روان شناختی آشنایی با سیستم ATS (کندو)

-آشنایی با نرم افزارهای آفیس

-توانایی انجام کار  تیمی و برقراری ارتباط موثرچالش پذیر

-خلاق و دارای توانایی حل مسئله با انگیزه و مسئولیت پذیر

Duties and Responsibilities
Communicating and cooperating with managers to determine recruitment needs and job requirements, preparing and updating job descriptions, compiling and publishing job advertisements on job sites, checking and sifting received resumes based on the conditions of conducting telephone interviews and competency-based interviews, conducting specialized interview panels with the presence of recruiting managers, making the necessary arrangements with job seekers to participate in interview sessions, conducting reference checks and verifying the applicant's qualifications from previous managers, participating in the preparation and presentation of status reports Recruiting and hiring

Specialized and behavioral skills
At least 5 years of work experience in human capital teams, with a bachelor's degree in management, psychology, industrial engineering and other related fields, familiarity with psychological tests and exams, familiarity with the ATS system (Hive), familiarity with office software, the ability to do team work and communicate effectively, challenging, creative, and having the ability to solve problems with motivation and responsibility
