We seek a highly motivated and organized Associate Project Manager to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget. You will work closely with development teams, internal stakeholders, and senior project managers to ensure the smooth delivery of software projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management within the software development industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and report on performance to senior project managers
- Help coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UX/UI, etc.) to ensure project goals and deliverables alignment
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting key decisions, requirements, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports
- Track and manage project changes, ensuring project objectives are met and the team remains on schedule
- Help ensure clear and open communication across project teams and stakeholders
- Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to update task statuses and track project metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within a software development environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) and software development processes and lifecycle
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Google Drive, Outlook, etc.)
- Basic understanding of the English language and ability to use AI tools to improve tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management in a tech or software development company
- Familiarity with tools like Git, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools
