به عنوان یک تیم متقابل عملکردی، تعالی عملیاتی پلی بین تیم های تجاری، عملیاتی و محصول/تکنولوژی است که نیازمندی های کسب و کار را به فرآیندهای عملیاتی و محصولات فنی تبدیل می کند. رئیس تعالی عملیاتی پلت فرم، روابط تجاری روزانه با فروشندگان و تامین کنندگان را برای نظارت بر عملیات روزانه و تمرکز بر منافع بلند مدت کسب و کار مدیریت خواهد کرد. مدیر نیاز به استخدام، ایجاد و مدیریت تیم، تعیین استراتژی تیم، طراحی ساختار و الزامات تیم، تعیین اهداف، توضیح چشم انداز، و ارائه نتایج در محیطی با رشد سریع دارد.

* با همکاری نزدیک با عملیات و تیم های محصول/تکنولوژی، نقشه راه فروشندگان و راه حل های زنجیره تامین (بازار و خرده فروشی) را تعریف و اجرا کنید.
* شناسایی ضعف ها و شکاف های عملیاتی توسط به طور منظم غواصی عمیق در تمام جنبه های بازار و داده های خرده فروشی.
*با درک فرآیندها و وضعیت فعلی، غواصی عمیق در داده ها، شناسایی فرصت ها برای افزایش اثربخشی و کارایی و بهینه سازی فرآیندها، فرآیندها را ایجاد و بهینه کنید.
*ایجاد و توسعه روابط قوی با سایر ذینفعان و رهبران متقابل به منظور هدایت موفقیت آمیز رشد و کارایی بلندمدت و ایجاد و نظارت بر پیشرفت شاخص های عملکرد کلیدی.
*تعریف، رهبری و عملیاتی کردن کوتاه مدت استراتژی طولانی مدت و بلندمدت برای تیم تعالی عملیاتی تجاری و عملیات تجاری.
* لحن فرهنگی تیم را تنظیم کنید و فرهنگ قوی بهبود مستمر را ایجاد کنید تا به طور مداوم سطح اجرا را بالا ببرید.
* برنامه ریزی و اجرا کنید. ابزارها و فرآیندهایی برای مدیریت بازار و حوزه های عملیاتی خرده فروشی از جمله عرضه و ورودی، محموله، عملکرد، بازگشت، موجودی، و لجستیک معکوس.
* استانداردسازی سیستم های عملیاتی خرده فروشی و بازار، فرآیندهای تجاری و فرآیندهای گزارش دهی. شناسایی فرصت‌ها و شکاف‌ها برای بهبود کیفیت و کارایی کار تیم‌های عملیاتی از طریق خودکارسازی و ابتکارات را برای بهبود عملکرد کلی فروشنده در راستای اهداف digikala و در عین حال تضمین بالاترین سطح تجربه مشتری و فروشنده انجام دهید.
* شناسایی فرصت ها و شکاف ها برای بهبود کیفیت، اثربخشی و کارایی تیم های عملیاتی و کار از طریق استانداردسازی و اتوماسیون.
* نظارت و مدیریت عملکرد عملیاتی کلی تامین کننده و فروشندگان در راستای اهداف digikala.
* هدایت ابتکار استراتژیک برای بهبود عملکرد تامین کننده و فروشنده digikala و حمایت از رشد مجموعه.
* حمایت از تیم در بازدید /تماس با/کوچینگ فروشندگان و تجزیه و تحلیل فعالانه مسائل عملیاتی و علل ریشه ای در فروشندگان شخص ثالث digikala.
* نظارت و بررسی موفقیت پیاده سازی ها به صورت مداوم و بهینه سازی فرآیند.
* اجرای وظایف بر اساس درخواست از کسب و کار.

شرایط شغلی
حداقل مدارک تحصیلی و حرفه ای:
* مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در مدیریت بازرگانی یا مهندسی

تجربه:
*6+ سال تجربه مرتبط با عملکرد ثابت شده در عملیات و مدیریت زنجیره تامین، مشاوره و تجارت الکترونیک

As a cross-functional team, operational excellence is a bridge between the commercial, operations, and product/tech teams, which translates the business requirements into operational processes, and technical products. The head of platform operational excellence will manage the day-to-day commercial relationships with sellers and suppliers to oversee day-to-day operations and focus on the long-term interests of the business. The manager requires recruiting, building, and managing the team, setting the team’s strategy, designing the team structure and requirements, setting the goals, explaining the vision, and delivering results in a fast-growing environment.

Roles:

• Define and execute the road map of the sellers and supply chain solutions (marketplace and retail) by working closely with operations and product/tech teams.
• Identify operational weaknesses and gaps by regularly deep-diving into all aspects of marketplace and retail data.
• Create and optimize processes by understanding the current processes and status, deep diving into data, detecting the opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency increase, and optimizing the processes.
• Build and develop strong relationships with other stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to successfully drive long-term growth and efficiency, and establish and monitor the progress of key performance indicators.
• Define, lead, and operationalize the short-term and long-term strategy for the commercial operational excellence Team and business operations.
• Set the cultural tone of the team and develop a strong culture of continuous improvement to consistently raise the bar of execution.
• Plan and execute tools and processes to manage Marketplace and Retail operational scopes including supply and inbound, consignment, performance, return, inventory, and reverse logistics.
• Standardizing retail and marketplace operational systems, business processes, and reporting processes. Identifying opportunities and gaps to improve the quality and efficiency of the operational teams’ work through automation.
• Own the rollout of the new tools and systems through developing SOPs, requesting training materials, reporting, and tracking.
• Monitor and drive initiatives to improve overall seller operational performance in alignment with Digikala targets while ensuring the highest customer and seller experience level.
• * Identifying opportunities and gaps to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the operational teams and work through standardization and automation.
• * Monitoring and managing overall supplier and sellers’ operational performance in alignment with Digikala targets.
• Driving Strategic initiative to improve Digikala supplier and seller performance and support assortment growth.
• Supporting the team in visiting/contacting/coaching sellers and actively analyzing operational issues and root causes at Digikala 3rd party sellers.
• Monitoring and reviewing the success of implementations continuously and leading process optimization.
• Execute on-request tasks from the business.

Requirements

Minimum Academic and Professional Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, or Engineering fields.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with proven performance in operations and supply chain management, consulting, and e-commerce.
