شرح شغل:

• انجام مطالعات بازار و تجزیه‌وتحلیل فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها و برنامه‌ریزی متناسب با شرایط جهت تأمین بهینه.
• مذاکره با تأمین‌کنندگان و تهیه پیش‌نویس قراردادهای خرید و ارائه به مدیریت عامل جهت بررسی و خرید.
• تهیه گزارش‌های مربوط به شرایط بازار و هزینه کالاها.
• تهیه گزارش‌ها و داشبوردهای هفتگی و ماهانه و لیست قیمت تأمین کنندگان.
• ارائه مشاوره استراتژیک به مدیر ارشد و تنظیم عملکرد شرکت بر اساس شرایط و موقعیت‌های روز بازار.

شرایط احراز:

• ده سال تجربه موثر و فعالیت مستمر در امر خرید خارجی، واردات و صادرات.
• مسلط به روش‌های پرداخت بین‌المللی، اطلاع از کنوانسیون‌ها، مفاهیم و واژگان مرتبط درحوزه تجارت و پرداخت بین‌المللی.
• تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی در هر چهار مهارت.
• تسلط حرفه‌ای به اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• مسلط به کوچ، رهبری و انگیزش نیروهای زیرمجموعه.
• آگاه نسبت به قوانین و بخش‌نامه‌های وزارت صمت، بانک مرکزی و گمرک در حوزه مجوزها و قوانین خرید و فروش خارجی و واردات و صادرات کالا.
• مسلط به قوانین اینکوترمز، قوانین ICC، بیمه و حمل‌ونقل.
• توانمندی درخصوص منبع‌یابی خارجی.
• ترجیحاً تجربه مرتبط در صنعت فولاد و آلومینیوم.

Job description and qualifications
