مدیر فروش | Sales Manager

ما در جستجوی یک مدیر فروش با تجربه‌ هستیم که توانایی هدایت تیم و دستیابی به اهداف فروش در صنعت تولید و فرآیند را داشته باشد. شرکت ما در تهران ـ شهرک صنعتی شمس‌آباد قرار دارد و به دنبال فردی هستیم که در ایجاد و نگهداری روابط موثر با مشتریان و بهبود فرآیندهای فروش توانمند باشد.

شرح وظایف:

• حل شکایات مشتریان در مورد فروش و خدمات.
• تهیه بودجه و تصویب هزینه‌های بودجه.
• نظارت برای تعیین تمرکز تلاش‌های فروش بر ترجیحات مشتری.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل آمار فروش.
• فروش پروژه و تعیین سودآوری محصولات و خدمات.
• تعیین نرخ‌های تخفیف یا طرح‌های قیمت‌گذاری ویژه.
• برنامه‌ریزی و هماهنگی برنامه‌های آموزشی برای کارکنان فروش.

شرایط همکاری:

• محل کار: شهرک صنعتی شمس‌آباد ـ حسن آباد فشافویه.
• ساعت‌های کاری:از 7:30 تا 16:30.
• خدمات: صبحانه، ناهار، بیمه تکمیلی، وام، سرویس رفت‌وبرگشت و غیره.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مدیریت بازرگانی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• تجربه در برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش.
• تجربه در مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری.
• تجربه مدیریت و هدایت تیم فروش.
• مهارت‌های ارتباط نوشتاری و کلامی عالی.
• تعهد به ارائه خدمات عالی به مشتریان.
• توانایی رهبری تیم فروش.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
• قدرت مذاکره.
• مهارت‌های تحلیلی.

• Solve Customer Complaints About Sales and Services.
