شرح شغل:
- مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی تقاضا و تامین موجودی‌های سازمان شامل موجودی انبارها، ، سفارشات در راه، مواد اولیه و بسته‌بندی مرتبط با محصولات.
- به‌کارگیری نرم‌افزار و سایر منابع مورد نیاز جهت استقرار و اجرای سیستم برنامه‌ریزی سفارشات و کنترل موجودی‌های مواد و محصولات.
- نظارت و اطمینان از جریان صحیح کالا شامل: سفارش‌گذاری، تامین و ارسال کالا.
- کنترل موجودی انبار.
- پیگیری امور مربوط به سفارش‌گذاری و بازرگانی.
- نظارت بر وضعیت کالا شامل تخفیفات، تاریخ بحرانی و غیره.
- تهیه داشبوردها و گزارش‌های مورد نیاز در فرایند برنامه‌ریزی فروش.
- تعیین زمان و مقدار سفارش‌ها با توجه به پیش‌بینی تقاضا و موجودی انبار.
- نظارت بر سطح موجودی انبار و تعیین نقطه سفارش.
- کنترل و مدیریت ریسک‌های مرتبط با کمبود یا مازاد موجودی.
شرایط احراز:
- مسلط به تحلیل داده و پیش‌بینی فروش فصلی و ماهانه.
- مهارت در نرم‌افزارهای مربوط به برنامه‌ریزی.
