- Sending inquiries to suppliers to get the right price for the right product (raw materials, spare parts, machines, services, etc).
- Negotiating with suppliers, and following up on the production, shipment, and delivery.
- Registering the order in NTSW, and getting needed governmental approvals from regulatory authorities.
- Following up on payments (banking procedure), preparing bank and exchange forms, and delivering to bank/exchange.
- Coordinating and following up the shipment, insurance, and inspection procedures, as well as the shipping documents.
- Following up on customs clearance procedures and customs issues with the clearance team. Inputting timely and accurate data in systems/files to ensure on-time reporting and recording of all data and archive documents.
- Following up with forwarders to ensure timely delivery of the goods to the factory.
- Full alignment with all departments to ensure all the procedures are in line with company policies.
