کارشناس حسابداری | Accounting Expert

جهت تکمیل کادر مالی یک شرکت بازرگانی به پنج کارشناس حسابداری نیازمندیم.

شرح شغل:

• دریافت، ثبت و بایگانی اسناد.
• ثبت اسناد حسابداری (خرید، فروش، خزانه و غیره).
• ثبت گزارشات فصلی و ارزش افزوده.
• کنترل منظم حساب مشتریان و تامین‌کنندگان جهت اطمینان از تسویه و عملکرد مشتریان.
• مطابقت روزانه حساب بانک طبق دفاتر با صورت وضعیت بانکی و پیگیری مغایرت و رفع موارد.
• انجام سایر امور محوله مربوط به حسابداری.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 1 ظهر. 

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به انجام عملیات حسابداری خزانه، خرید و فروش و حقوق و دستمزد.
• مسلط به اصول حسابداری.
• توانایی تهیه گزارشات حسابداری و ثبت کلیه اسناد حسابداری (اسناد خرید و فروش، تنخواه، حساب بانکی، اسناد دریافتی و پرداختی) بر اساس اصول حسابداری همراه با سرعت و دقت.
• توانایی کار تیمی، تفکر تحلیلی، توجه به جزئیات، یادگیری مداوم و حل مسئله.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل و نرم‌افزار حسابداری سپیدار سیستم.

We need 5 accounting experts to complete the financial staff of the trading company.

Skill and ability
Mastering treasury accounting operations, buying and selling, salaries and wages
Mastery of accounting principles, ability to prepare accounting reports, record all accounting documents (purchase and sale documents, salary, bank account, receipt and payment documents) based on accounting principles with speed and accuracy
Ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, attention to details, continuous learning, problem solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Sepidar System accounting software

Receive, register and archive documents
Registration of accounting documents (purchase, sale, treasury, etc.)
Registration of quarterly reports and added value
Regular control of customer and supplier accounts to ensure customer settlement and performance
Daily compliance of the bank account according to the books with the bank statement and follow up on discrepancies and resolve cases
Carrying out other tasks related to accounting
