ما به دنبال یک مدیر اجرایی (مدیرعامل) بینایی و نتایج محور هستیم تا سازمان خود را از طریق مرحله بعدی رشد و نوآوری خود هدایت کنیم. ما به عنوان یک شرکت پیشرو در بخش تجهیزات پزشکی ، هدف ما این است که با تقویت تعالی عملیاتی ، هدایت عملکرد تجاری و تقویت موقعیت خود در بازار ایران ، تأثیر خود را در ارائه خدمات درمانی گسترش دهیم. مسئولیت ها
*رهبری استراتژیک
- تعریف و پیاده سازی استراتژی های تجاری بلند مدت مطابق با چشم انداز شرکت و پویایی بازار در بخش مراقبت های بهداشتی ایران. خدمات زنجیره ای ، فروش ، امور مالی و خدمات پس از فروش برای اطمینان از کارآیی و سودآوری. پرورش فرهنگ پاسخگویی ، نوآوری و بهبود مستمر.
*نظارت نظارتی و انطباق
- اطمینان از انطباق کامل با مقررات مراقبت های بهداشتی محلی ، مصوبات MOH و استانداردهای دستگاه پزشکی. در مدیریت بازرگانی ، مدیریت بهداشت و درمان یا زمینه مرتبط
تجربه: 10-15 سال در نقش های ارشد رهبری
زبان: مسلط به فارسی ؛ دانش کار از انگلیسی ترجیح داده شده
رهبری: سوابق اثبات شده مدیریت تیم های عملکردی متقابل و ارائه رشد پایدار

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. As a leading company in the medical equipment sector, we aim to expand our impact on healthcare delivery by enhancing operational excellence, driving commercial performance, and strengthening our position in the Iranian market.

The CEO will have full P&L ownership and will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategic direction, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and implement long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and market dynamics in Iran’s healthcare sector.

Commercial Growth & Market Expansion:

• Drive revenue growth through product portfolio optimization, customer acquisition, and development of new commercial channels.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, sales, finance, and after-sales service to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Team Leadership & Culture:

• Build and empower a high-performance leadership team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations, MoH approvals, and medical device standards.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the key liaison with shareholders, board members, strategic partners, and external regulators.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 10–15 years in senior leadership roles.
• Language: Fluent in Persian; working knowledge of English preferred.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering. sustainable growth
