شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و هدایت تیم بازاریابی با برای بالابردن کارایی تیم و هدفمندی تیم برای دستیابی به اهداف مشترک و نتایج بهتر و حفظ انگیزه کارکنان.
• کنترل تمامی مراحل حمل کلیه محمولات مشتریان ویژه.
• برقراری ارتباط نزدیک با مشتریان ویژه جهت گرفتن تاییدیه حمل.
• برقراری ارتباط نزدیک با واحدهای عملیاتی و بعضی دفاتر در مبادی جهت پیگیری و حصول اطمینان از حمل به موقع، بدون تاخیر و صحیح کالا.

شرایط احراز:

• جنسیت مد نظر: خانم.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل دو سال سابقه در شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل (فورواردری).
• شناخت بازار و بازاریابی، مذاکره و قیمت‌گذاری.
• دانش مدیریت تغییر و بحران.
• مهارت رهبری، تفکر استراتژیک، نتیجه‌گرایی، مذاکره و متقاعدسازی.
• آشنا با زبان انگلیسی.

Job description:


Management and guidance of the marketing team to increase the team's efficiency and the team's purposefulness to achieve common goals and better results and maintain the motivation of the employees.
Establishing close communication with special customers to get shipment confirmation.
Establishing close communication with operational units and some offices in Badadi to follow up and ensure timely, without delay and correct shipment of goods.

Conditions Qualification:


Gender desired: female.
At least a bachelor's degree in management or other related fields.
At least two years of experience in transportation companies (forwarding).
Knowledge of market and marketing, negotiation and pricing.
Knowledge of change and crisis management.
Leadership skills, strategic thinking, result orientation, negotiation and persuasion.
Familiar with English language.
