رئیس بازاریابی و برندینگ | Head of Marketing and Branding

شرح وظایف:

• شناسایی فرصت‌های فروش و توسعه بازار در صنایع معدنی، نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• ایجاد و حفظ روابط با مشتریان کلیدی و سازمان‌های فعال در این صنایع.
• تحلیل بازار، رقبا و نیازهای مشتریان برای ارائه راهکارهای مناسب فروش.
• تهیه و ارائه محتواهای حرفه‌ای جهت معرفی محصولات و خدمات شرکت با تیم طراحی.
• مدیریت جلسات مذاکره، رویدادها، نمایشگاه‌ها و همایش‌های تخصصی.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف تعیین‌شده.

شرح شغل:

• حداقل پنج سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در بازاریابی یا فروش در صنایع معدنی، نفت، گاز، پتروشیمی و یا صنایع پوشش و رنگ.
• آشنایی با فرآیندها، استانداردها و الزامات این صنایع.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی با اولویت رشته‌های مدیریت بازاریابی یا رشته‌های مهندسی با اولویت پلیمر.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و مهارت‌های قوی در مذاکره.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Office و CRM.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی در سطح حرفه‌ای (مکاتبه و مذاکره).
• توانایی سفر به مناطق مختلف (در صورت نیاز).

Description of duties: - Identification of sales opportunities and market development in mining, oil, gas, petrochemical industries
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and organizations active in these industries
- Market analysis, competitors and Clients' needs to provide appropriate sales solutions
- Preparation and presentation of professional content to introduce the company's products and services with the design team
- Management of negotiation sessions, events, exhibitions and specialized conferences
- Close collaboration with the team Sales to achieve set goals Skills and requirements: - At least 5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or sales in mining, oil, gas, petrochemical, or coating and paint industries - Familiarity with processes, standards and the requirements of these industries
- At least a bachelor's degree with priority in marketing management and engineering fields with priority in polymer
- Ability to communicate effectively and strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Getting to know English at a professional level E (correspondence and negotiation)
- Ability to travel to different regions (if needed)
