کارشناس ارشد پرفورمنس مارکتینگ | Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

مسئولیت‌ها:

• تحلیل روندهای بازار، رفتار مشتری و نتایج کمپین‌ها برای شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد.
• هدایت برنامه‌های جذب کاربر، بهینه‌سازی قیف‌های تبدیل و استفاده از داده‌ها برای افزایش دید محصول/برند.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای کمپین‌های قیف کامل شامل بازاریابی ایمیلی، بازاریابی موبایلی، SEM/SMM برای جذب کاربران جدید، رشد استفاده و حفظ کاربران.
• مسئولیت تمام ابتکارات بازاریابی محتوا برای افزایش ترافیک، تعامل و بهبود موقعیت برند.
• اطمینان از موقعیت رقابتی، پیام‌رسانی و استقرار هماهنگ برای دستیابی به حداکثر نمایش، تولید سرنخ و نرخ تبدیل.
• تحلیل قیف‌های کاربری، انجام تست A/B و بهینه‌سازی مسیرهای تبدیل برای بهبود تجربه کاربر و افزایش پذیرش محصول.
• توسعه مدل‌های مرتبط برای فهم اینکه کدام کانال‌های رسانه‌ای بیشترین موفقیت را برای رشد درآمد بر اساس CAC و LTV محصول ایجاد می‌کنند.
• استفاده از ابزارهای تحلیل برای ردیابی و تفسیر KPI‌ها، ارائه بینش‌ها برای بهبود اثربخشی بازاریابی و بازده سرمایه‌گذاری.
• همکاری بین بخشی با تیم‌های محصول، فروش، ارتباطات، پشتیبانی مشتری برای هماهنگی تلاش‌های بازاریابی با اهداف کلی کسب‌وکار.
• پیشروی از فناوری‌های نوظهور، تغییرات صنعتی و مقرراتی با سابقه اثبات‌شده در اولویت‌بندی و اجرای آن‌ها در سازمان.
• ارائه گزارش به تیم مدیریت بر اساس معیارهای عملکرد توافق‌شده و ارائه بینش‌های استراتژی‌های آینده.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته بازاریابی، کسب‌وکار، فناوری اطلاعات یا زمینه‌های مرتبط.
• 3 تا 5 سال تجربه در بازاریابی دیجیتال/رشد.
• داشتن تجربه اثبات‌شده در کار با Google Analytics ،Tag Manager ،Google AdWords.
• تسلط بر SEM، تبلیغات PPC و هدف‌گذاری مجدد.
• درک عمیق از SEO و مجموعه‌های بازاریابی مبتنی بر فناوری شامل توسعه صفحه فرود، نرم‌افزارهای اتوماسیون بازاریابی، جریان‌های پرورش ایمیل.
• تجربه کار در شرکت‌های B2B SaaS یک مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, customer behavior and campaigns’ results to identify growth opportunities;
Drive user acquisition plans, optimize conversion funnels and leverage data to enhance product/brand visibility;
Plan and implement end-to-end funnel campaigns incl. email marketing, mobile marketing, SEM/SMM to drive new user, usage growth and retention;
Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and improved brand positioning;
ensuring competitive positioning, messaging and coordinated deployment to achieve maximum exposure, lead generation, and conversion rate;
Analyze user funnels, conduct A/B testing, and optimize conversion paths to enhance the user experience and drive product adoption;
Develop relevant models to understand which media channels create the most success for growing revenue based on CAC and LTV of product;
Utilize analytics tools to track and interpret KPIs, providing insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI;
Work cross functional with product, sales, communication, customer support teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives;
Understanding the target market segment and its needs to create relevant content that resonates with the audience;
Ability to stay aware and ahead of emerging technologies, industry and regulatory changes with a proven track record of prioritizing and implementing within the organization
Provide reporting to the management team against agreed performance measures, and provide insights on future strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital/growth marketing;
Must have proven experience working with Google Analytics, tag manager, Google AdWords.
Master in SEM, PPC advertising and retargeting.
Deep understanding of SEO and technology-based marketing stacks including landing page development, marketing automation software, email nurturing flows.
Experience of working in B2B SaaS companies is a plus.
