A social media specialist is a strategic and creative individual responsible for designing, implementing and managing a brand’s social media strategies. Our main goal in this job position is to increase brand awareness, engage with the audience, drive traffic to the website and strengthen the business’s digital presence in the market. This role requires a deep understanding of social platforms, the ability to produce content, analyze data and continuously collaborate on the implementation of advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement social media strategies in line with business goals.
Content Production and Management: Collaborate in the design and production of content and manage the scheduling and publication of creative and appropriate content for each platform (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Interaction with the audience community: Respond to comments and messages, monitor mentions and create effective interaction with followers.
Implementation of advertising campaigns: Accompany the advertising team in the design and implementation of advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract the audience and increase engagement.
Performance analysis and trend analysis: Reviewing statistical data such as engagement rate, click-through rate, and follower growth to optimize strategies.
Staying up-to-date and keeping up with trends: Continuously following the latest trends, tools, and algorithms on social media.
Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and content production teams to maintain the integrity of the brand message.
Project and account management: Manage various brand accounts on social media and lead projects related to content publishing and campaigns.
Manage and administer the company's social media accounts.
Collaborate in producing and publishing text, image, and video content in line with brand goals.
Respond professionally to audience questions and comments with courtesy and patience in accordance with brand standards.
Continuous analysis and monitoring of the performance of social media pages and campaigns.
Synchronize content with social media trends and topics.
Identify target audiences and analyze their needs and desires.
Suggest and execute creative ideas to increase engagement and sales (creativity is a valuable trait).
Accurately schedule content releases and determine the best time to do so.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure consistency in work.
Required Experience:
Demonstrable experience in managing social media for brands or independent projects.
Proven track record of designing and executing online advertising campaigns.
Experience in analyzing social media data and preparing performance reports.
Proven track record of working as a team and collaborating with design and marketing teams.
Experience in managing content projects and ability to plan a content calendar.
Key Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write effective and creative captions.
Thorough familiarity with social media management platforms.
Thorough understanding of design and editing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Premiere or similar.
Familiarity with the principles of digital marketing and targeted content production.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Interest and enthusiasm in the field of digital media and technology.
Ability to analyze data, extract reports and improve performance based on key indicators.
Skill in strategic planning and implementing online advertising programs.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team and contribute to team productivity.
Familiarity with online marketing and advertising strategies.
Experience in content production and working with graphic design and video editing tools (preferred).
