مشارکت در فراهم آوردن امکانات لازم برای برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی تصویب شده و پیگیری، هماهنگی و همکاری لازم برای برگزاری آنها
برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت‌های آموزش شرکت به منظور بالا بردن سطح دانش فنی، عمومی کارکنان حین خدمت
بررسی و ارزشیابی نتایج دوره‌های آموزشی در رابطه با افزایش راندمان کار واحدها، نحوه تدریس، اجرای دوره، محتوای دوره و تهیه و تنظیم گزارش‌های تحلیلی برای مطالعه و اتخاذ تصمیم مدیریت در این رابطه
تهیه لیست ملزومات و وسایل آموزشی و کمک آموزشی مورد نیاز و پیگیری درخواست و تهیه آنها با هماهنگی مدیریت
پیگیری دریافت گواهینامه‌های آموزشی پرسنل شرکت و اقدام برای صدور گواهینامه لازم برای افراد شرکت‌کننده در دوره‌های داخلی
کسب اطلاع از موسسات و مراکز آموزشی و برنامه‌های آموزشی آنان برای تامین نیازهای آموزشی شرکت
بررسی گزارش‌های مختلف مقطعی و موردی از پیشرفت برنامه‌های آموزشی، وضعیت آموزش فردی کارکنان و ارائه آمار و اطلاعات مربوطه
همکاری و کنترل بر استقرار کامل استاندارهای 5S در حوزه سرپرستی
