نقش‌ها و مسئولیت‌ها

• نظارت بر تحولات نظارتی iot/m2m و ارزیابی تاثیر بالقوه آن بر راه‌حل‌ها و عملیات iot سازمانی.

• انجام تحقیقات بازار و فناوری برای شناسایی روندهای نوظهور iot، نیازهای مشتری، و فرصت‌های موقعیت‌یابی رقابتی.

• پشتیبانی از توسعه و چرخه عمر تعمیر و نگهداری محصول جدید iotma/m2m معتبر برای iotp/m2m ابتکارات.

• ایجاد و حفظ دانش دقیق از پلتفرم‌های iot، سیستم‌های پشتیبان، و خدمات مرتبط، کمک به طراحی راه‌حل و بحث‌های یکپارچه‌سازی.

• پشتیبانی در تعریف و مستندسازی محصولات و خدمات جدید iot/m2m در راستای اهداف تجاری و قابلیت‌های فنی.

• پشتیبانی از پیاده‌سازی راه‌حل‌ها و توسعه موتور، هماهنگ‌سازی فعالیت‌های iot/m. تیم‌های عملیاتی برای اطمینان از تحویل به‌موقع تنگناها در طول توسعه و پیاده‌سازی راه‌حل.

• حفظ روابط کاری قوی با ذینفعان داخلی برای حمایت از ارائه راه حل کارآمد.

• کمک به نظارت بر عملکرد و بازده خدمات iot/m2m و توصیه اصلاحات برای بهبود.

• تجزیه و تحلیل روندهای صنعت و ترجمه بینش به ایده‌های راه حل عملی و پروژه‌های آزمایشی. فروش تیم‌هایی برای پشتیبانی از طرح‌های ورود به بازار، پیشنهادات و ارائه راه‌حل‌های سفارشی iot برای مشتریان سازمانی.

• مشارکت در بررسی‌های پس از اجرا و تجزیه و تحلیل عملکرد محصول برای اطمینان از اینکه راه‌حل‌ها اهداف تجاری و فنی را برآورده می‌کنند.

• تهیه و نگهداری اسناد برای راه‌حل‌های iot/m2m، از جمله طرح‌های مفهومی، جریان‌های خدمات، و

نقشه‌های سفر مشتری. مدرک لیسانس در مخابرات، مهندسی کامپیوتر، یا آن

• مدرک کارشناسی ارشد در مهندسی کامپیوتر، مخابرات، مدیریت، بازرگانی، یا مدیریت بازرگانی مزیت دارد


تجربه

• حداقل 3 سال تجربه در حوزه iot/m2m

• تجربه کار در یک سازمان مختلف و فرهنگ متوسط
جغرافیاها مزیت

• مهارت های ارتباطی و همکاری عالی در بین تیم های فنی و غیر فنی.

• آشنایی با شبکه ها، پلتفرم ها و پروتکل های ارتباطی iot/iot

• آشنایی با ai و کاربردهای آن در راه حل های iot یک مزیت بزرگ است

• دانش کامل پشته ای

Roles & Responsibilities

• To monitor IoT/M2M regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on enterprise IoT solutions and operations.

• To conduct market and technology research to identify emerging IoT trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning opportunities.

• To support the development and life cycle maintenance of the IoT/M2M product roadmap by providing analytical input and technical validation for new initiatives.

• To build and maintain detailed knowledge of IoT platforms, backend systems, and related services, contributing to solution design and integration discussions.

• To support in defining and documenting new IoT/M2M products and services in alignment with business targets and technical capabilities.

• To support the implementation of IoT/M2M solution development activities, coordinating with engineering, sales, and operational teams to ensure timely delivery.

• To identify and evaluate potential IoT solution partners and support technical assessments for compatibility with existing infrastructure.

• To participate in the end-to-end IoT/M2M product lifecycle, including business analysis, feasibility assessment, planning, testing, and deployment support.

• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks during solution development and implementation.

• To maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support efficient solution delivery.

• To assist in monitoring the performance and ROI of IoT/M2M services and recommend refinements for improvement.

• To analyze industry trends and translate insights into practical solution ideas and pilot projects.

• To collaborate with the B2B marketing and sales teams to support market entry plans, proposals, and customized IoT solution presentations for enterprise customers.

• To contribute to post-implementation reviews and product performance analyses to ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives.

• To prepare and maintain documentation for IoT/M2M solutions, including conceptual designs, service flows, and customer journey maps.


Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or IT

• Master of Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication ,Management, Commerce, or Business Administration is advantageous


Experience

• Minimum of 3years’ experience in IoT/M2M area

• Experience working in a medium to large organization

• Worked across diverse cultures and geographies advantageous

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

• Familiarity with IoT/IIoT networks, platforms, and communication protocols

• Familiarity with AI and its applications in IoT solutions is a big plus

• Full stack IoT application management is big plus.

• Hardware knowledge and design experience are a plus
